Welcome to our cozy home in Fort Myers! Our place is in an central area close to everything; 20 mins from Bonita Springs beach; 5 mins from Gulf Coast Town Center; 10 mins from Coconut mall, Miramar outlet, FGCU, jand RSW Airport. • Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with Smart TV, two bedrooms with 1 kking bed and 2 single beds, and a lanai, and the backyard with outdoor seating. Experience a memorable stay and book with us today! • Camera is only outside the front door and the back of the lanai. It helps prevent thefts and brings safety for customers if emergency happens. NO security camera in living area, bathroom and bedroom

Save yourself the trouble

I stayed 3 nights thru Verbo in late November The property is nice, you have a occupied every evening tennis court 20 ft.off your patio. Your next door neighbors have the tendency to consume to much sad/mad happy juice, the back portion of the house has been leaking for 3 months, she said its hard to find a good repair man as she was not pleased with the last company and that takes time she says to find.The fauct in the shower is very difficult to use she did send someone out who agreed it needed.relaced yet it wasn't

Nice place, pleasantly pleased

Liked the duplex. Pretty much as advertised. Air conditioning wasn't working when we got there but the owner had someone out the next day to fix it and kept in touch with us to make sure it was fixed. Thank you! The only reason for the 4-star overall rating is that the place could use some everyday upkeep and maintenance. I would definitely recommend to others.

Basic stay

This place is a basic place for a stay. It’s bug free and clean for the most part. There could be better corners cleaned, and surfaces wiped in some areas. The bathroom sink is very slow draining. There are only a few plates, silverware, etc. not many pans, or other things which aren’t listed. Very outdated. But for the price you get what you pay for, for vacation the area! There was not a whirlpool tub, but the bathroom has a bath tub. Otherwise the listing is what you get. Back enclosed area does have camera that you can hear motion detecting every time you walk back there, unsure if your privacy is being compromised or not. Not many towels, only 4 there for us to use, only one extra roll of toilet paper, no other extra paper towels, or cleaning wipes just incase. So be prepared if you have an extended stay!

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT

I have always had good experiences with VRBO. Sadly that was not true this time. The unit was dirty, with leftover shampoo, used toothpaste tubes and combs left in the bathroom. The stove tops was greasy and filthy. The entire unit needed a deep cleaning. The only toilet in the house had a sign that read "Please do not put toilet paper in the toilet." Used toilet paper had to be placed in a dirty receptacle next to the toilet. When confronted, the owner became very combative and called me a liar. She would not remedy anything about the situation. We moved to a hotel immediately and had to cut short our vacation because of the extra expense. We know we will never see our money from this rental. Even though I took numerous pictures to prove the filth of the unit, the owner told me I was "misrepresenting" the conditions. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON.
