This place is ideal for the money. It’s close to restaurants, beaches, and a Publix right across the street. The beds are comfortable and kitchen and bathroom look brand new! In the early morning, you get a delightful scene of birds singing and flying back and forth. The place is extremely clean and well taken care by the management. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and cozy property for enjoying a close-by 4-day family reunion This unit was near to stores, markets, and restaurants. Our host was accessible and accommodating. Unfortunately even realizing we would be forfeiting one day’s stay, we had to check out a day early due to family illness back home, and we informed the host as soon as possible. We highly recommend this VRBO property!

Home away from home

We really enjoyed the thoughtful details like the squishmallows and the variety of reading material. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and the place was clean. It was just perfect for our stay. The host was very quick with responses when I asked if we could stay another night. The proximity was close to everything. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you, Nic!

Everything was as promised. We had trouble with the lock and call the owner and he helped us immediately. Once we figured it out. There were no other problems except there’s no mirror in the bedroom. I wish there would’ve been one but very clean and pleasant.

baseball tournament/fam vacation

Host Nic was very attentive through the 2 weeks we were there! We stayed in one unit but it is perfect if you have 3 families wanting to stay together because it had three units. Whole unit was updated. All baseball fields were 25mim away. Fort Myers beach was only 5 min down the street. Grocery store right in front and Súper Walmart just 2 min down the road. Highly recommend it if you finding a place stay and plan on exploring the surrounding areas would de did definitely stay here agin in the future.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this Airbnb again! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the best parts was how truly pet-friendly it was, which made traveling with our dogs so much easier and stress-free.The host was outstanding—very kind, responsive, and communicative throughout our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re traveling with pets, I highly recommend booking this Airbnb. It’s clear the host genuinely cares about their guests, both two-legged and four-legged! We can’t wait to come back for another stay.
