I can't say enough good things about this property. It was exactly what we needed for a fun group weekend at Penn State. The beds were comfortable, the house had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It is exactly as described; the house was clean, the check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and communication with the host was very prompt. Highly recommend for a group stay. All the PSU decor was nice touch, too!

Great stay ! Just Perfect!

We rented this great property for a wedding . 13 of us stayed here for 3 days . We had ample space for everyone. Enjoyed our time together . Much better experience than it would have been if everybody had gone to a hotel Well stocked to say the least ! The host has thought of every little thing Beautiful location in the mountains and greenery

CLEAN & perfect

We had an amazing stay here, and we will definitely be back. The owner was helpful, and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, open, easy to access, and both far enough away and close enough to Penn State. I highly recommend this house.

We came with a group of adults and young kids (aged 8-10 months). The space was perfect and it was so nice that all basic things were supplied like paper products, soap, towels, garbage bags, etc. there was also a pack n play and high chair. The yard is fenced in and the deck is gated at the top so it is definitely a kid friendly space. Everything we needed for cooking was available. We were able to put the kids to bed and hang on the deck which was lovely. The host was very responsive and accommodating for us. I would definitely stay here again! Great for big groups for PSU weekends as well- about a 15 min ride to downtown.

Don’t think twice booking this beautiful home for your next visit to State College! The home was perfect for our group of 12 and the thoughtfulness of the homeowner is evident from the second you arrive. The home is immaculate and an easy drive to Beaver Stadium!

The house is great. Feels like it's a brand new home. Very clean. Feels a lot larger than the pictures show. Some of the bedrooms are small but the basement, the deck and the kitchen/family room were all great living spaces.
