UPSTAIRS LOFT
Second floor is an open loft bedroom overlooking living room with a separate bathroom and two person outdoor balcony perfect for morning coffee and relaxation. Queen Bed and Twin Bed Upstairs.
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM
This bathroom has a full bathtub with NO shower head, commode, and small vanity. The ceiling of the bathroom is more suitable for children due to the ceiling is slanted and not full height.
LIVING AREA
Beautifully furnished living room with a rock gas fireplace, smart tv, and beautiful wooden walls in the main floor area.
KITCHEN
Clean kitchen furnished with new appliances on main floor.
MASTER BEDROOM
The main floor has a large king bed in a spacious bedroom with large closet with bathroom just outside the doorway.
DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM
The downstairs bathroom is a full bath with enclosed tub with shower, commode, and 5 ft granite vanity.

We are locals who love hiking the local state parks and kayaking the Barren Fork River. We love our rural area.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
The area is rural but 20 minutes from McMinnville, an hour from Cookeville and Nashville, and under two hours from Nashville and Chattanooga. The yard is a large wooded piece of land that has beautiful sunsets.
この宿泊施設の特徴
The cabin gives a certain peace when you enter. We love the uniqueness of the open loft and high ceiling in the den. Having the fireplace on in the winter is cozy. Sitting on the back porch watching the sunset is a favorite summer time activity at the cabin. We have had the house for about a year and it has been rented the entire time to traveling workers in several professional fields. Its a great long term rental with all the conveniences of home.
