You'll love this almost 2 acre lot with nature calling you to enjoy bird watching by day and fireflies by night! So please come, breathe in and relax in our Happy Place!
Basement Ceilings are low due to duct work.

Great Stay

We were in town for an event and stayed 4 nights. Everything was great and as described. We even caught a fish off of their new pier! We would recommend.

Perfect getaway

Our stay was filled with adventure and the basement was super peaceful and so relaxing! The host is very responsive. The bed is super comfy! We took the kayaks to explore nearby state parks and waterfalls during the day, and came back to grill, fish off the dock out back and relax in front of the tv. It was actually perfect

Basement on the River

The description of the property was not correct or clear. There was suppose to be two king size beds but when we got there, there was only one. In the pics it shows a house but it is actually for a refurbished basement. The property is really nice and clean, but the ad is misleading.

Elizabeth, you are absolutely correct about the sleeping situation, I had no idea it was on there twice and my sincerest apologies. I wish you would have communicated while there as you did about other things you needed as I would have remedied it immediately by opening up the upstairs to you. However, it does clearly state it is a basement and it is not refurbished. The entire Basement has been recently built/completed and beautifully in my opinion. I wasn't keen on hosting you again due to your shortness via communication, but I would like to extend a free evening to you as an olive branch as my intent was never to have misleading or unclear info. I have corrected the error and thank you for bringing it to my attention (although at the cost of a crummy review).

You deserve a quiet place to take a deep breath and just be. You'll enjoy the symphony of bird song until the sunset lends to drinks by the firpit with fireflies providing a light show unlike any other! Each day can be filled on the River or with an endless array of activities all within minutes! Come enjoy an uncomplicated stay... it's the little things!
