Our home features all NEW furnishings, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Cute, cozy furniture and bedding looks like it's straight from a West Elm catalog. Quick and easy access to the freeway. Our home is 2 blocks away from downtown so please be aware parking is a little tricky to find the first time.

This property is absolutely beautiful! Although we weren’t at the rental much, we came for my sister in laws wedding, it had everything we needed when we were there. It was a very hot weekend and the AC was great! You couldn’t ask for a better location. We will definitely stay again when we got back out to visit!

Owners are very responsive and helpful. It was very clean, fully stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms etc. It is a beautiful VRBO perfect for a nice Salt Lake get away and so close to the capital.

Enjoyed everything about this clean home. Perfect location to the convention center. Enjoyed near by trails and several near by restaurants. Would definitely book this home again!

Stunning property

The place is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is fabulous. Beds were comfortable. Back yard is beautiful to sit in on the deck and relax. Own was very responsive and met our every need.

The VRBO was so clean and so cute and cozy. It felt like we moved into a new house from an HGTV show. And the location was perfect, right by the Capital. The hosts were so communicative and kind. Would absolutely recommend staying here

Capitol Hill Stay

This is a wonderful property in the heart of the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Convenient location to anything you would want to do in SLC, while being quiet and secluded. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds/linens, and very accommodating for a family stay, including washer and dryer, stocked kitchen, shaded back yard, and delicious coffee. I also felt that this home was reasonably priced for the location and amenities.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a really fantastic stay! Everything was clean and decorated so nicely. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms all felt very spacious, though the bathrooms are quite narrow. Wasn't an issue for us at all but could be for some. Check in was super easy and having a parking spot was very convenient. The location is really excellent - very close to downtown SLC; walking to everything downtown was very quick. We did the walk back a few times too, though that's up a steep hill so we sometimes didnt feel up for it after a day full of activities and just called an uber :) the hosts were great and replied promptly whenever we messaged. We had no issues during the stay so never needed to reach out after check-in, but prior to the stay we messaged about checking in earlier and the hosts replied very quickly and accommodated us.Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for your SLC stay!
