Villa Naj Kan graciously accommodates up to 20 guests across its 9 expansive bedrooms. Need to Know:

-Day passes are available at $100 USD per person
-Rates are based on double occupancy
-For guests above double occupancy an additional guest fee of $150 USD plus taxes per person, per night is applicable
-Children 6 to 12 years, are an additional $75 USD + taxes per child per night
-Children 5 and under free of charge
-Pool can be heated at a cost of $250 USD per day
-Events accepted, please enquire for different event options and pricing (maximum 50 guests) at an additional cost and a security deposit of $3,000 USD is applicable
-Naj Kan does not provide any laundry services for guests
-Pets accepted with prior approval *additional fees may apply
-External wood oven is available at an additional charge of $200 USD per use
