Family Trip

This was a great place to stay. The only downfall was no curtains, so the light really reflected in the living room and dinning room. Otherwise Great place.

The host interaction was pretty much non-existent, only responded to one message the day before we were supposed to check in. The vent in the living room was disgusting. There were a couple holes in the wall, broken things, no window coverings downstairs, etc. The beds were comfortable but there were no extra blankets. The appliances were nice. The parking was nice for 3 or 4 vehicles. The location was easy to get to.

Volleyball weekend

We stayed here during a volleyball tournament we were in town for at the Unidome. The property was perfect for our stay in town. Plenty of space for our family and very comfortable.

Kudos to the cleaners - property was mostly clean & beds were comfy. Property was listed as non-smoking but there was a smoke smell in the garage & used cigarette butts in the garage & yard.Property needs repairs - holes in walls, dirty vents, non-functioning washer, dirty used mattress in master bedroom closet, non-functioning WiFi. The way the listing was written, we thought one bedroom was on the main level - it was not. All rooms are on the 2nd floor up a very steep staircase. Biggest challenge was no communication from property manager - called 3x, messaged multiple times, texted and no reply. We ended up leaving early.

Amazing Condo

This was perfect for us all to come and go as we pleased! The garage was so nice to use since we had multiple vehicles and could keep some out of the snow!

The property was as pictured. However, the amenities included a washer and an ironing board. The washer was not working, and there was no ironing board. We were in town for a wedding and both would’ve been very helpful. Also, a full length mirror was needed. We found it very inconvenient to not have any dressers or luggage stands to set our luggage upon, as over half of our group were in their 70s. The water filter on the refrigerator needed changed. And the coffee pot needed a deep clean. Of no big importance, but would’ve been handy, would’ve been a utility drawer with tape and scissors. Trash cans and extra blankets in the bedrooms would have been nice. We appreciated the hand soap and paper towels at every sink. The extra bath towels and washcloths were also much appreciated. The property was clean. And the check-in was effortless. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Excellent property felt like we were living in a new home. Everything was well maintained and super clean, everything worked as it should and no issues or problems at all. Location is close to lots of great shopping and restaurants and easy to get in and out of. It was really nice to be able to pull into the garage and shut the door although I would not be worried about the neighborhood, it was very quiet and peaceful all around.

This appears to be a corporate O & O. It was cookie cutter with little effort put into it. Wi-fi was incorrect and pw did not work- they did not respond to messages to communicate at all during our stay. No hair dryers, no extra blankets. Will find a local owner VRBO next time.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed the use of this space for our recent trip to Cedar Falls. The location is ideal and the space was very clean and comfortable. Our 5 year old grandchild had plenty of space to play! We made use of the kitchen and enjoyed breakfast and dinners together. Thank you!

Property is in a great location but was not in great condition. Holes in the wall behind every door, carpet has many stains, crust nasty shower curtain and liner in master bath, stained dirty mattress taking up most of master closet, bath mats were all stained. No blinds or curtains on the main level wasnt great. Flatwear in kitchen was rusty and kinda gross. Just didnt feel like much upkeep was happening.

Townhouse looked relatively new and was clean; it just looked like it had lived a hard life in a short time (dings on walls, stains on carpet, mattress in the closet). It didn't look like there was a huge supply of kitchen items, but we didn't cook a lot, so it was no big concern for us. There were 3 king beds that were comfortable and plenty of towels, and that is all we really needed. It was nice to be able to use the 2-car garage, and the location was fantastic for where we were going. Check-in was easy. There is a drainage pond behind the place that had a chorus of frogs singing at night, which was really cool. Neighborhood was quiet, and the sectional was very comfortable to relax on. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we visit Cedar Falls.
