Pet friendly!

We liked the privacy of this little cottage and it’s close proximity to the beach. It was plenty comfortable enough for the two of us and our dog. So nice to be so very, very close to the one section of beach that allows dogs!

Great place

The property was wonderful. Very close walking distance to the beach. They had chairs and floats for you to borrow. The owners communicated wonderfully via text. We will definitely be using that place again.

Beach Life

I wanted a property that was walking distance to everything and this is definitely it. I love being just feet from the beach an only 2 blocks from dining. Very chill atmosphere beach life. I went to this location of clearwater beach 🏖 to be a beach bum for a few days. I will be returning soon.

Awesome Place!!!

Great location. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Beach chairs were provided. Which we used everyday. Nice to have an outdoor shower. Management did a great job communicating with us. Great experience. .

You can't beat that price being steps from the beach.

We did enjoy the location to the beach. You can't beat that for the price. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen area small. Laundry area is shared. You could tell they had some damage from the terrible storms this fall but the owner takes great pride in his property.

Perfect location in town!!

Great 2 bedroom cottage with a kitchen. Washer and dryer in a shed right outside. The cottage is literally about 100 steps to beautiful, white sandy beach! Plenty of beach toys, towels and chairs. The cottage is about a half mile from the heart of Clearwater Beach. Close to restaurants, shopping and bars. The bathroom could use an upgrade.

The worst most horrific place and ppl I’ve ever dealt with! False advertising, it’s a 2 bedroom and consider a pull out sofa in the LIVINGROOM a 3rd bedroom!!! Place is dirty, none of the outlet has cover plates on them! Parking wasn’t long enough for our Jeep wrangler ! Don’t ever stay here! We ended up hvg to look for another place to stay within 30 mns after we saw the place

Good Place, Great People

This little cottage is just steps from the best part of Clearwater Beach. Past all the noise, hotels and business and on the quiet side where more locals go to set up their beach umbrellas yet you can still walk to all of the attractions in town. The house is small, no frills, neat and has all you need to be able to enjoy your stay including beach umbrella and chairs. The best part is the kindness the owner and his neighbors showed us. There was a mishap with a contractor that was working on the pipes. They left quite a mess making it difficult to get into the house. The owner was out of town and the neighbor came and cleaned it up and apologized. The next day the owner was there checking up on the work and saw us and also apologized and bought our dinner. The place is nice but knowing it is owned and cared for by friendly locals makes it even better.

No access

We arrived at midnight after the office was closed. Access info for the unit was supposed to be left in a mailbox but it wasnt. We called the "emergency" phone number many times but never got a call back. We ended up having to break into the unit so we had someplace to sleep. Having to deal with this at midnight after a full day of travel was very upsetting. The agency gave us a free upgrade for our other two nights as well as a discount on any future reservations. I have used this agency before and never had this problem with them. Not sure what happened this time but they did work with me to correct it.

Perfect Location

This condo was absolutely great. Easy accessibility to every aspect of downtown. The beach was a 30 second walk. Lots of beach toys and chairs to use. Not a lot of traffic since it's on a dead end with 2 condo units on end. Quiet and spacious outside area. Lots of restaurants downtown to choose from. Walgreen and CVS are a 5 minute walk, along with a gas station.

Property needs a lot of work

Have stayed at this property before just not in the same room. This trip we stayed in the back unit we really enjoy the location but this unit was dirty from the beginning. It defiantly could use some updating Paint,wall repairs, tile and also a new bed frame and box spring which are both broken in master bedroom. we also noticed a couple days in that it was infested with cockroaches. I would recommend staying in the front unit if you are staying in this building.

Location, location, location

We rented the property because of the location (close to North Beach) and yes, it is a great one. Steps from the beach and a very short walk to a lot of restaurants. Bungalow is on the small side if compared with other properties we've stayed at, specially the kitchen, which we love to cook when we are on vacation. The bungalow is updated and has the basics to stay but don't plan on cooking big meals. We just did breakfast this time. The property had beach chairs, which we didn't use because we always bring ours. I didn't see any sunshades, which we always bring ours too. Property is cute with 3 separate bungalow/apartments at the same courtyard, which has some outdoor seating, that we didn't use because of the mosquitoes, tenacious ones. We could not hear anything from the other units. Property also has shared W&D, very handy when you want to wash those sticky clothes, after a day at the beach. Bed was very comfortable, as well as the couch. Good screen size tv on living room and smaller on main bedroom. Perfect for my, my husband and our furry babies. It was very easy to communicate with property management. Very easy check out too, with very simple rules, which is very appreciated while on vacation. Overall it was a great vacation.

Cute and comfortable spot to stay for beach vacay

This townhome was clean and cozy and our family enjoyed our stay here for our beach vacation. You can't beat the location as it's steps from the beach but also in a quiter part of Clearwater Beach. Restaurants and shopping were minutes away and we'd definitely recommend this vrbo to others looking for a fun beach getaway!
