気になった点 : コミュニケーション
I had several issues with this rental.
1. The capacity should say 8 adults and two kids because the couch did not fit two grown adults and the air mattress kept deflating. We had to keep blowing it up through out the night. It was very loud!
2. Parking - Only street parking is available. Not garage parking as listed in the ad.
3. Limited linen provided. Bring extra sheets if you plan to use the couch or air mattress.
4. Apartment needs some maintenance. Showerhead in one bathroom squirted water in my face during shower (so annoying). Stove was smoky even though it appeared to be clean and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the bedroom rug was dirty.
5. Paid the fine to the host directly since we had kids who wanted to crash with us since we were all in town for a wedding. I paid via Zelle in advance just in case. That was my mistake. I should've let him fine me and pay via VRBO. We did not have overages for the 2nd night. I asked for a refund of the fine since we were not going to go and the host ignored my emails, then refused when I threatened to escalate. The place couldn't accommodate the 10 adults we paid for let alone any extra guests. Make all payments through VRBO. No side deals. Lesson learned.
