Renovated by legendary home builder Nickey Oates in 2020, this 6,000 sq/ft home is ideally located directly south of SMU. Every bedroom features, at a minimum, a king size electrically adjustable bed with Sheex linens, a 55” 4K Samsung/Sony TV, Sonos surround sound, and an updated bathroom with Toto bidet system & high flow Speakman shower heads. The master takes things even further!

Highland Park is a small city with 8500 residents and wrapped around SMU University. The city was patterned after Beverly Hills California with the average home just over $5M and Beverly Drive being the premier street running directly thru this planned community. Over 100 years strong, HPiSD is in the top ten public schools in North America and the high school generates professional athletes across all sports. Matt Stafford, Clayton Kershaw and Scottie Sheffield to name a few. Come stay, shop and eat at the best restaurants in DFW.

It’s a contemporary large three story six bedroom 6.5 bath house that can easily host a dozen adults with kids. We offer five king size adjustable black beauty pillow top beds and one queen black
Beauty bed. This is my personal residence so it’s fully appointed. All bathrooms have showers, Toto toilets and towels for days. You won’t need anything except your clothes and an appetite to have a fun time.
