This inviting house is located in a family-friendly neighborhood within the capital area of Iceland, just a short 15-minute drive from downtown Reykjavik and a mere 2.5 kilometers away from downtown Hafnarfjörður. Its strategic location makes it easy to access popular destinations such as Keflavik Airport, the Blue Lagoon, and the scenic routes leading to the southern part of Iceland, the Golden Circle, Vik, and more. Conveniently, there are shopping options nearby, including Costo, Bonus, and the Fjörðurinn shopping mall in Hafnarfjörður. The local swimming pool is in walking distance and The Viking Village or Fjörukráin is close by also. Moreover, if the weather cooperates, this area is an excellent spot to witness the Northern Lights.

The house boasts three spacious floors. You’ll find a well-appointed bathroom on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, and a generous living room/TV room featuring an impressive 85” television. You can step out onto a charming wooden patio from the living room.

Moving up to the second floor, you’ll discover four comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an Electric King Size bed (180x210cm), while the second and third bedrooms each feature a Single Bed (120x200cm). The fourth bedroom offers Two Single Beds (90x200cm). A well-appointed primary bathroom is on this floor, with a nice shower and bathtub.

The top floor is furnished with a king-size bed (180x200cm), a TV room with a Playstation, and a 75“ television for entertainment. If you’re traveling with little ones, we can provide a baby crib and a high chair for your convenience. Rest assured, we offer all the essentials, such as linen, towels, and soap.

This is a charming house situated in a delightful neighborhood.
