I love this neighborhood because it is nuzzled in the heart of Chicago, and minutes from Lake Michigan. To access downtown, you can take a beautiful and scenic drive down Lake Shore Drive that highlights the stunningl and iconic Chicago skyline. And you are also minutes from the charming neighborhood of Hyde Park, which has tons of restaurants and coffeeshops. And you are also walking distance from the University of Chicago campus!

This property is unique because it has a wonderful open floor plan with tons of natural light! The unit is completely remodeled with modern finishes and a huge outdoor deck. It is a completely private unit with no-shared-spaces. The master bedroom has a Samsung Smart TV, custom built-in closet with pull-out shoe shelves, a lighted make-up vanity and private bathroom with soaking tub. There is also a 2nd bathroom which guests love when there are 2 people enjoying the space together. There is also a cute coffee, snack and beverage bar for guests' convenience.
The unit is located on a beautiful and quiet tree-lined street with a private, dedicated parking space, and SmartLock entry for easy guest check-in and accessibility. This space is truly a home away from home!
