Location Was Lovely - Management Was a Nigtmare
Big Fish management company took my full stay amount (5 weeks) upfront and then required a photo of me, my license, my credit card, and my signature as part of their fraud prevention plan. I’m not sure what fraud they were expecting as I was paid up front including a security deposit. They then withheld my entry code because they lost the photos and required me to send them all again I was traveling alone and arriving late. At that point I assumed I was the one who needed fraud protection. The property was not newly renovated and the furniture is not as shown. The kitchen pots and pans were disgusting and when I mentioned it I was told the cleaning crew does not go in the cupboards. They use an honor policy for the dishes. ??They did offer to send a cleaning crew out but by then I was angry, exhausted, and hungry. I cleaned it myself. I was left alone during my stay and the resort itself was lovely so there were good spots.
