Additional charges may be applicable for damages and/or deep cleaning.- To abide by community rules and to respect our neighbors, we asked that all vehicles are parked within the property and avoid any street parking.- LuxeKey wants to remind you, turning on the pool heat without prior payment will result in being charged. Increasing pool heat temperature above the listed 85 degrees will result in additional fees.- LuxeKey requests that guests do not remove the pool hose/vacuum from the pool as this will result in equipment damage.- Please do not move or relocate furniture. Moving furnishings may be subject to additional fees.
