The condo was easy to locate and the key was accessible. Upon arrival, the door to the condo was loose and needed to be tightened to ensure proper locking/unlocking. It took almost two days for a response when a message was sent through the app, a call was made, a complaint was filed with Vrbo directly, and another call was made. Once there was a response it was fixed within hours.
Upon arrival, when going to make a cup of coffee it was discovered that multiple dishes in the cabinet were dirty with food/beverage on them. After running the dishwasher with all the items as a precaution, it was then I found that there was no regular coffee provided though there were a few decaf Kcups and plenty of tea and hot cocoa.
It is also concerning that the pictures do not totally match the inside of the condo. In the photo, there is a twin bed that allows plenty of easy access to the bathrrom sliding door. Upon arival, ther was a new (I am assuming) queen sized Murphy bed that cramped the walkspace which overlapped the door by approximately 6 inches and made passage difficult.
There was a quick drive to a closer parking lot, or a 5-7 minute walk to the closest shuttle pick up area. The shuttles are efficient and make the location decent for both hard core and more relaxed ski vacationers.
There were no check in/check out procedures found in the unit. Overall, the general experience was fine but for the price, even in the Big Sky area, I expected more.
