Hi Stephanie, I am sorry you did have some difficulties staying with us. Only problem you informed you about the microwave issue. I informed you that cleaning lady had to deal with sick child. Below was your response. " I understand completely how a sick child can affect your day. No problem. Thank you for letting us know about the dishwasher. " You left the kitchen with full of dirty dishes in the both sink. My cleaning lady told me it took her 45 minutes to was the dishes you left. I paid her extra thinking you could not use the dish washer and its fine. I wish you could have mentioned the some positive things, like you reserved for 2 adults ane 1 child. There were many people in the house than that. I let it go and did not charge you for unauthorized guests. You use all the facilities like using laundry detergents and laundry facility.
