The private guest studio features its own full kitchen, giving everyone extra flexibility for morning coffee, snacks and meals. A drip coffee maker is provided.


BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The main home is single-level with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The separate guest studio provides additional sleeping space, a full bathroom and its own private entrance.

Bedroom 2 — Queen Bed (Main Home)
Welcoming queen bedroom, perfect for a restful night after a day at the beach.

Self-contained retreat with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, full bathroom, Smart TV, electric fireplace, private patio and separate entrance.

Bathrooms
The main house has one full bathroom and one half bathroom. The guest studio adds a second full bathroom for extra privacy and convenience.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
Please keep dogs under control/leashed outdoors, as wildlife may be present in the area.


GUEST GUIDELINES
• Max 6 guests (day or night) – no parties or drop-ins
• Max 4 cars (2 driveway, 2 in front of studio)
• Dog-friendly ($125 fee per dog; crate when unattended, leash outdoors)
• Bumpy dirt road leading up to property
• Washer & dryer in studio
• No smoking indoors


⏱ CHECK-IN DETAILS
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
