The location is wonderful!! We could walk to the local dunes and beach easily. We were also happy this house is dog friendly. There was a nice fenced in area where our dog could hang out. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We explored many restaurants and local areas too.

The house is beautiful, and newly renovated. There is a short walk to the beach and a short drive to town. The kitchen is well equipped, with a number of different coffee makers and all the appliances are virtually new. Linens and towels provided are basic but adequate. The deck and the views from it really make the house.

This is a great property clean and everything is working and well maintained. It is not the fanciest or newest stuff, but I didn't mind the location near Salmon Creek and the beach is amazing and I really enjoyed the hiking trails within walking distance from the house. My only suggestion for improvement or for someone staying is to make sure that you bring your own coffee and possibly olive oil as at this time. The house does not appear to be stocked with that regularly

The house and cottage were great spaces to accommodate our brood. My daughter’s family with 2 young kids stayed in the main house while grandparents had a space of their own.The other highlight was the location. If you love the northern coast with an easy walk to the ocean, this can’t be beat.

We loved the Bodega Breeze. The beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped. Style wise there was a perfect amount of new, refurbished and old. All the different outdoor spaces were very sweet. The 2 minute walk to the beach was excellent. A couple of the amenities were non operable and those are the only reason I didn’t give a 5. I would definitely want to rent again.

Kitchen was well equipped but there was not regular sized coffee pot but one was dropped for us. Fan and light over the stove did not work, which was reported. Was not able to clean the glass/ceramic stove top very well as the proper product was not available. Hot tub was great, beds were comfortable. Lighting was a little under whelming but everything else was great.

That it was two separate places so the people who wanted to stay up later could. Close walking to the beach. Well supplied with the kitchen utensils, seasoning. Lovely weekend getaway

It was perfect to be able to walk just a minute to the sand. The home was clean and well equipped with items for doing our own cooking. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after a Long Beach day.

It has most of what we needed although a little extra attention to details would have been nice (missing coffee pot carafe, only one towel per person, no napkins or cooking oil, full outdoor trash cans upon arrival, etc.).

Hello, Sorry your stay was not perfect. This home usually only gets rave Reviews. Our paperwork states 1 towels and 1 hot tub towel per person. There is a washer and dryer on site but you were there for 2 days, so not sure why that was an issue. Everything we provide is in your paperwork, Paper towels, TP, Laundry detergent. basic spices. If you ever find an issue we are only 10 minutes away and we ask you to call us. I am not sure why that did not happen. Strange. Thanks, Stace

We loved our stay at Bodega Breeze. The house was very nice and it had all the amenities we needed. It also had a separate ADU which is great to have if you need some extra space. Also, it is in a perfect location since it is within walking distance of the beach.

Perfect for a large group

The small cabin was so wonderful for a family of 5. Plenty of space for every one to rest and relax. The only draw back, I wish there were window coverings in the master bedroom and living room for a bit more privacy.

Lovely, quiet week!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bodega Breeze is a very nicely equipped house in a quiet neighborhood. We love how close it is to the beach and dunes. We had a great week. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.

SO Close To The Beach!

We had a great time. The weather was wonderful, the beach was super close by and the house/casita were a great fit for us. The only issues were that we couldn't get the fireplace in the main house to work properly and the outside garbage bin hadn't been picked up. Regardless, we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful spacious home right by the beach. Outdoor deck and barbecue which were perfect for meals and family time. Inside the home WiFi worked well and home was equipped with smart tv and record player. The studio was amazing small home for 2! There were also tons of family fun games, books and guidebook full of info on fun activities and eateries in the area. Downsides for us - the dryer did not work so unable to wash and dry clothes when wet from beach, and the inside living room fireplace was not operational to use at night to keep us cozy. Unfortunately, we reported this to the property mgmt and never got callback or email with apologies for stated amenities included on site not being available from the owner.

Location couldn’t be any better, just leave the windows open and bear the waves. already planning a return trip.
