Warm Springs Chalet | Luxury Mountain Retreat

Experience refined mountain living just 200 yards from the Warm Springs ski lifts. This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath detached chalet offers true walk-to-ski access in winter and immediate access to hiking, biking, and Warm Springs Creek in summer.

The chalet features a comfortable queen bedroom, full kitchen, dedicated workspace, cozy living area with fireplace, private patio, and one dedicated driveway parking space directly in front of the entry steps and porch. Located in a quiet residential setting, yet only minutes from Ketchum dining and Sun Valley Resort.

Guests enjoy summer access to the heated community pool and pickleball courts.

Owner-hosted and thoughtfully maintained to provide a clean, private, and seamless stay.

For property security, exterior security cameras are installed at the front entry/driveway and rear patio areas. Cameras monitor outdoor areas only and record video only (audio disabled). There are no cameras inside the chalet or in any private guest spaces.

Everything was great! Ken was a great host, communicated with us about everything and made us feel welcome. The Chalet was so beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic! Very close to the lifts. Would definitely recommend!

Prime location and nice place

For those looking to stay close to the mountain, this is a prime location - it is an easy, two block walk to the chair lift! The listing is accurate - it is a small standalone cottage behind the owner's house. The place is very new and well-appointed and the owner takes great care with the space. It does not have a full kitchen, e.g. no oven and the outdoor grill is small and electric, but it is perfectly adequate and I did plenty of cooking while there. The owner was very friendly and communicative and made sure the sidewalks and areas around the olace were clear. I enjoyed my time there.

Wonderful stay

Stayed three nights and really enjoyed ourselves. 2 miles out of town, which we did walk when we had time (there is a nice bike/walking path that leads right into town). Quiet and restful neighborhood. Attentive host. I enjoyed an afternoon at the pool. Wonderful kitchen, everything you need. We did cook in one night and had everything that we needed.
