Iloilo House
Our Iloilo house is a stylish gem in the Decca Development. We bought it 3 years ago and updated and renovated every aspect of it. Being from the States we purchased this home online without a real knowledge of tropical island living. We inclosed the original outdoor kitchen and the yard. Created a beautiful indoor dining area and patio, raised the ceiling and added and additional out door kitchen and hot water heater. Upon are arrival we loved it more than we did looking at video online.

We live in New York City we originally bought our house so that our children could live a little closer to their school. Although we are all in the States now we want to keep our house for extended visits to Iloilo.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
We saw an infomercial for Decca on YouTube and thought the spaces and the layouts and options for the houses there. Upon our first visit we we were welcomed by our neighbors, who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They watch out for us while we are away.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Being from the States we asked for our ceiling to be raised, a hot water heater we enclosed the out side kitchen area to create a nice space for indoor cooking and we also expand ed the dining room. our favorite place though is the front and side patio, on the side patio we created an outdoor kitchen and the front patio is a spacious sitting area we use to entertain.
