Step into a piece of history with our downtown historic condo, built in 1840 in the heart of Manchester, NH. Meticulously remodeled several years ago, this unique listing boasts custom builder finishes, making it a truly one-of-a-kind accommodation. Located just a block from the downtown strip, the condo offers unparalleled convenience, with everything within walking distance.

This charming two-bedroom, one-bath unit features an open layout on the first floor, seamlessly blending the kitchen, entertaining, and living room areas. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops grace the kitchen, complete with a large island featuring exposed shelving and a coffee and tea bar. The retro fridge and vintage decor add character to the entire unit.

The living room, bathed in natural light, invites relaxation with a 42" smart flat-screen TV equipped with premium subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, and Prime. A ceiling fan, a small selection of books, and cards for game nights enhance the living space. The first-floor bedroom offers a full-size bed and a well-appointed desk setup for work needs.

The bathroom on the first floor boasts a walk-in tiled shower and a range of toiletries for your convenience. Ascend to the second floor to discover a truly unique retreat with a skywalk and a queen-size bed in the loft. The cozy loft features exposed brick, vintage decor with local ties, a sitting area, and a small couch.

No matter your preferred mode of transportation, our home is strategically situated for easy access to all your travel needs.

Additional amenities include a wireless lock for easy access and a reserved parking spot in the public lot right next to the condo complex. However, please note the following disclosures: the unit is unsuitable for children under 10, and the loft bedroom may pose challenges for those with mobility issues due to steep and narrow stairs. Outside cameras are used for security, and being in the heart of downtown means occasional city noises. While a parking pass is provided, availability in the public lot can vary, and you may need to move your vehicle for plowing during snowstorms. Paid parking is available on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm, and free parking is available outside the unit at other times.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Any evidence of pets will result in a $500 fine plus actual remediation costs for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! This is strictly enforced. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fine plus actual remediation costs for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any evidence of parties or unregistered guest will result in a fee of $50/additional guest and a $500 fine plus actual remediation costs for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

Cozy downtown spot
Cozy spot to stay if you are headed to Manchester! Nicely decorated home, very clean and welcoming. Perfect if you want to be close to walking around downtown to all the shops and eateries. Communication with the host was top notch- highly recommend!

Plan to Stay Again
My family and I were in town for my son's hockey tournament. This is an annual trip and we typically stay in a hotel with his teammates. We decided to take a chance on this 1840's Gem and boy am I glad we did. The place is beautiful inside and out. Clean and everything you could need is provided. Tyler went above and beyond is set up and provisions. Getting in and out was easy and convenient. The location couldn't have been better. Step out the door and you are walking Downtown. The city felt both busy and safe. We intend to rent this same spot again next year.
