Quaint Studio near Downtown and the University of Arizona.

Studio Speedway is a cozy, 250 SF space with all the amenities one needs while traveling. There is a well equipped kitchenette with a cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and mini-fridge. It has a full bath and plenty of seating. Historic 4th Ave is within walking distance and downtown and the University of Arizona are within one mile. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance or a short drive. The studio is located one mile east of I-10 so you have easy access to Tucson area attractions. There are several historic neighborhoods in the area including the Feldman's neighborhood where the studio is located. Going south from the studio there is West University, Dunbar Springs, Barrio Viejo, Iron Horse and Armory Park. All packed with beautiful Craftman, Victorian, Territorial and American Territorial homes. Many of these homes were built at the turn of the 20th Century. Take a step back in time and stroll through one or all of these neighborhoods. They are very walkable and all have something different to offer.

Great location. Perfect for my short visit to Gem show. Right next door to Seven Brew, Starbucks and Hot Pot. Super clean. If for any reason you need a closet, it does not have one but a clothes rack is provided with hangers, worked fine for me. Bed comfy, slept well!

Convenient and clean

The place was nicely decoratedand clean. The neighborhood was convenient but rough. It came with a man who slept in front and one sleeping next to our car. This studio had bars on tbe windows. It advertised in the text that there is an outside area and a hot tub, but there wasn't a hot tub. The outside area is private and secure.The studio is easy to find andconvenient to the freeway.

Lovely stay

Property was exactly as advertised. Neat, clean, central to where we wanted. Plenty of public transport as well as parking for a car. Would recommend to anyone considering staying here.

Great Studio

We visited Tucson for my daughter’s graduation. Great location, only 5 minutes from my daughter’s apartment. Very clean. Huge shower. Plenty of parking. Cute outdoor sitting area with table and chairs. Walking distance from some fast food and Starbucks. About a mile from campus. I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable. Loved staying here.

Cozy & clean!

Don’t miss the chance to stay in this sparkling clean, new studio apt. Close to everything. We are bike riders and rode Tucson’s Loop everyday. Tourist center is very close and just waiting to show you everything Tucson has to offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Studio Speedway is located in an historic neighborhood. I really like old houses because they have so much charm. I bought this property for my business and it had a little office in the back that I converted to a studio. I thought it would be ideal for people visiting the UofA or downtown because of it's proximity to those places and other downtown area attractions.

Studio Speedway has a private entrance and off-street parking. It's a cozy space that has many amenities, but is large enough that you don't feel the walls closing in on you. It's light and airy. The structure is adobe and dates back to the early 20th century.
