Close to a 5 star but unfortunately some important things were overlooked

Gorgeous property in an incredible location with plenty of room. The house was extremely clean and included everything you could want on vacation . Unfortunately we had a number of issues during our stay. Upon arrival the property was 41 degrees Celsius (yes you read that right). The AC was off and the house was unbearably hot. We spent the first 4 hours outside waiting for the house to cool down. 7:00 came around and as the sun was setting we had to make dinner and the house was still 30C. It took a full 24 hours for the house to reach room temperature, while the basement took an additional 12 hours after that to be comfortable. The fire alarm system in the property is also extremely faulty. It went off 4 out of the 5 nights we stayed always on the middle of the night (12-4am). All issues were brought up to the host and while he was responsive, we unfortunately were proposed any sort of compensation. All in all these felt like easy things that could be avoided for future guests had they been paying closer attention.

Très propre, vue magnifique. Dans les chambres, une commode ou une chaise serait utile pour déposer les vêtements. Peu de linges pour essuyer la vaisselle.

Super week-end..très beau chalet avec une vue splendide.. communication excellente avec l’hôte. Je recommande… Oui la montée est dure pour les véhicules mais toujours la possibilité de stationné plus bas .. propreté à l’intérieur est excellente et inclus le spa… Merci

Nous avons laissé le chalet en EXCELLENTE CONDITIONS et il a essayer de nous charger des frais supplémentaires pour vomissement dans le spa ce qui n'est pas arrivé. Il voulait tout simplement essayer de nous charger un extra pour nettoyer son spa à nos frais qui soit dit en passant l'eau était déjà brouillé à notre arrivé. J'ai dû annuler ma carte de crédit car il ne voulait rien entendre

Très bel endroit

Chalet neuf et très propre. Bien équipé aussi et le propriétaire a donné un très bon service. Il faut un véhicule à 4 roues motrices pour accéder au stationnement supérieur en hiver.

Amazing views in brand new chalet

Amazing views of the St. Lawrence and mountains in the distance! Brand new and nicely decorated home. Kitchen is well stocked. Hot tube with views was a treat. Beds were very comfortable. Would love to come back. This was a perfect spot for a family get away. Host was quick with communication and very helpful.

Chalet neuf avec une très belle vue

Tout est neuf, donc en excellent état. Cuisine bien équipée. Belle déco et meubles bien adaptés. Un petit soucis avec le foyer, mais Karim va régler le tout.
