This was our first time going to Bermuda and to celebrate my hubby's birthday. We chose Jody and Cathy's place for the location, our close proximity to bus stops, the awesome view from the balcony viewing the beach across the street. When we got there, check in was excellent (Jody is the GEM of the island!! What an awesome host he was). This little beauty was immaculate and gorgeous! All pictures are accurate. The decor, furniture, bathroom, kitchen and king size bed were all beautifully laid out. There was also a separate space for relaxing, with that beautiful view. Everything was perfect! Thank you Jody for such a great experience, sharing your home with us and the absolute pleasure to meet you!! xoxo

Staying at this location was a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely stay here again. The location is great with the beach right across the street. Bus stops going in both direction into dockyard and into Hamilton. The accommodations were top-tier.

Our second time staying at this property. It has a million dollar view of Mango Bay. Excellent and helpful hosts. The Unit has everything you need. Bus stops to Hamilton and the Dockyard only a few feet away. Beaches across the road and a short walk away. Much better than staying at an over priced hotel. A home away from home.

Jody was a fantastic host, he answered questions promptly and was very knowledgeable. The room was much larger than we anticipated and we loved how close it was to the bus stops - right outside the door in both directions and about a 7 minute walk to the ferry. Kitchen was very well stocked

We loved our time at this property! The unit was beautifully setup, amazing view all day long, convenient access to bus, walkable to beach and Breezes restaurant. And to top it off the host is great too and even coordinated our transportation to and from airport. Highly recommend!

Great time in Somerset

Convenient to bus lines, stores, a couple of restaurants. Very clean and comfortable apartment with a great view of Mangrove Bay. Jody was very helpful in getting us settled in. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was very convenient to the post office to buy our bus/ferry passes, the bus stops, grocery store and swimming beach. Our host, Jody, was very helpful and provided us with transportaion to and from the airport. The studio apartment was perfect for our needs. Plus a very nice view too.

Easy, quiet and comfy

Convenient to Dockyard and bus, comfy bed, nice kitchen and bath. Host was great, arranged for airport pickup and even gave a lift out one night.

Great accommodations

Was wanting to stay in the Somerset area for 3 weeks so this was a perfect location for our needs. Well set up for a longer term stay with great kitchen facilities, balcony, close to buses etc. would highly recommend for anyone - especially a longer term stay.

Great apartment

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. Perfect location, walk to the beaches, close to the bus stop. Easy and quick bus ride to local restaurants and grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation Ever !!

Perfect !!! Can’t wait to stay again next year. I cannot say one bad thing about it. We took the bus right outside the about the culture fancy resorts but way better. Can’t wait for next year !!!!!

Property is in ideal location to get round the island. Bus stop 25 metres away, post office close by to purchase tickets, or purchase online. Supermarket 2 stops or 10 minute walk away. Food and drink very expensive.Boat club across the road welcome your custom and prices a lot cheaper than restaurants etc.

Great relaxing week!

We had a great time here! The apartment is very comfortable, has a lovely view and a great shower. We made good use of the kitchen, too. Jody was always friendly and responsive, and helped us set up rides to and from the airport. We had an excellent time and absolutely recommend this place!

We love Somerset Village! Both apartments with balconies, sipping a glass of wine watching the sunset, are upstairs with its own entrances. We reside in downstairs apartment along with our Electric Bicycle shop and READY TO SERVE WITH OUR FIVE STARS SERVICE :) The community is very friendly. Lots to see and do if you enjoy the nature and friendly people!

Easy Access with Bermuda Public Transportation System! Least expensive, reliable, safe and convenient way to explore the Island.

Buses and Ferries for Sandys, Bermuda
Bus routes #7 and #8 connect Hamilton City and Sandys. Bus #8 is more frequent than #7 and takes lthe Middle Road in Sandys through the urban areas, while bus#7 takes mainly the scenic South Road.

There are several ferry stops in Sandys that serve Hamilton City.
1) At the Dockyard - Few Bus Stops from EXIM Guest Apartment
2) At Watford Bridge - Walking distance from EXIM Guest Apartment
3) At Cavello Bay - Walking distance from EXIm Guest Apartment. This is located in Somerset island and is a lovely place. Buses won't go all the way. To reach the ferry stop, take Somerset Road, then Sound View Road and then Scott's Hill Road and go right up to the end.
4) At Somerset Bridge Wharf.
