This is a fantastic home in the desert! We got in late at night and went straight to bed. We were pleasantly surprised to wake up to beautiful, light-filled home. The furnishings all looked great and were comfortable too! The house was really well-equipped with everything you would need for the kitchen, bath, and laundry. It was also great to have a working garage with an EV charger! The owner was really responsive with communication and even guides of things to do and places to eat. We would definitely come here again when we want a warm-weather getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. It was the most well-appointed Vrbo we have ever stayed in. Every detail was thought of and we felt very spoiled. We enjoyed the S'mores kit, the fire pit, the pool and hot tub, the BBQ, the laundry detergent and supplies, and the thoughtfulness and attention of the host any time we had a question. The location is quiet and safe and away from it all, but close enough to venture out. Groceries and shops are close and convenient. Our family slept well and enjoyed spoiling our daughter for a week, who is studying at the University of Arizona with home cooked meals and time together.Don't hesitate to book if you like a clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet and comfortable lace to stay!

Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful house. It is very nicely furnished and has excellent kitchen equipment. It is totally quiet and you can spend lovely evenings by the pool. Everything is newly renovated and very clean.

I loved the property, I use a wheelchair to get around and it was pretty accessible for the most part. The kids loved it and Chops enjoyed running around the property.

This home is lovely - even better than the pictures! The bed is so comfortable! We certainly appreciated the generous supply of cooking herbs, coffee, tea and toilet paper! The property was great! Helen was super responsive and helpful, the home was clean, the bedrooms (and beds/pillows) were comfortable, and the pool, hot tub, and garage were great to have. I’d stay here again.

Amazing stay with everything you need!

Helen was an excellent host. I needed to ask her a question or two during our stay and she responded very quickly. When the listing says they have everything...they do! All the laundry needs, the s'more must-haves, definitely has the coffee covered, kitchen gadgets are all there and the aesthetic is gorgeous! I will admit to taking pictures so I can buy some of the decor :) The pool was a life saver as it was unseasonable warm this mid-Oct. We will be staying again when the family comes back to town. Thanks again!

Lovely stay

We had a great time staying at Helen's property. Helen is an impeccable host. Super responsive and helpful and the house is thoughtfully equipped. We are a family who likes to cook a lot and it is nice to have everything available. Especially some good knives! The house is located about 30 min from downtown Tucson, but very close to great hiking spots and grocery stores. This might be something to consider depending on what your priorities are.

Luxe Experience

Not only is the home beautifully decorated, you walk in and are greeted by an adorable welcome of a s’mores kit for some time by the smokeless fire. The fridge has a few complimentary beverages and snack bars are out. The hardest part about vacation homes is not having what you need and knowing where to put things away…neither are a problem at this home. Not only is the home fully stocked with an array of appliances, everything is labeled and easy to find/put away. No detail was overlooked and it made the stay so much easier! We brought our four boys with us 10, 6, 3, & 1 fo visit nearby family. They did a complimentary puzzle found on site and loved their time playing cornhole. Had it been summer, the pool would’ve been a fan favorite! The beds are so comfortable, towels incredibly soft, and showers have all your basic soap needs at your finger tips. There’s helpful signage on the walls for wifi and more. The host Helen was so sweet and responsive; after a week of staying at various spots for our multi destination Thanksgiving holiday this was the families fan favorite! I even got some work done at the standing desk. 5 star experience. We’ll be back!!!

I enjoy the peacefulness of Tanque Verde. Taking leisurely morning walks, bike lanes on every road, and the views. It's quiet and tucked away but it is also conveniently only a 5-minute drive to all the conveniences (grocery store, gas, and restaurants)
