This apartment sleeps 6 and features a living room with a fireplace; dining area; study/sleeping room; equipped kitchen; dedicated work station; and (shared) garage. The study has a full-size wall bed that transforms into a desk or can be completely folded up to leave plenty of room for exercise or other activities. The living room couch can also be made into a queen sized bed so the apartment sleeps 6. The kitchen has a 2 burner induction counter-top and a portable oven/convection oven/air-fryer.

Per local regulations, it must be booked for 30 days or more.
It is in the basement of my house so you will hear footsteps and other sounds from above.
