Safety gates are installed at the top of the stairs on both the back deck and the front porch.

2 dogs are welcome in this home; no other pets are permitted. The following dog breeds/pets are not permitted: Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Doberman, Wolf-hybrid, Chow, Bull Mastiff, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Shar-Pei, Guard/Attack dogs, and any animal with a past history of biting or that demonstrates aggressive behavior.
🐶 Quick Note:
We love your pup, but our furniture prefers to stay fur-free. If your dog is a natural couch-climber, just toss their favorite blanket over the sofa so everyone stays comfy.

There is ample free parking space for up to 4 vehicles.
Firewood is NOT provided, but should be available at the K&D Market, 185 Wakefield Rd (about a mile away)
Guest entry is facilitated through an E-lock, a digital lock system that generates a unique code for each guest's stay.
In the event of a power outage, the home is equipped with a whole-house generator.
Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
