It was perfect for our short getaway with family. It was convenient to access central expressway. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Plano area.

Wonderful stay

The house was lovely. perfect vacation for 2 hard working ladies individual to relax had a chef come by and cook it was great. Will definitely be booking as a third home just to relax and let’s not get started on amenities definitely worth it. Thanks Justin see you again soon!

We loved our stay. This house was beautiful and we had such a great wonderful stay. I would fully recommend this house to anyone. The host was great and answered every question we had. Look forward to going back. Thank you!

**SECURITY ALERT**This owner claims that the entire house is private in the listing, however, he will send you a long message with house rules the day that you arrive and add in that Amazon has access to the garage to deliver packages and to ignore the garage door opening and closing if you hear it. Guests do not have any access to the garage so you cannot tell if someone is staying in the garage while you are there and coming and going as they please. Host does not state that they’ll communicate when someone will have access. Me and my children stayed for one night and left the next day because of situations that made us feel uncomfortable. The host refused any kind of refund, though VRBO ultimately compensated us partially. The house was clean and well stocked, though there was leftover food in the fridge when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable.

Very nice stay

The property is wonderful and the pictures do a good job of showing you the available amenities, i deducted 1 star for a couple of reasons. First, the pool needed vacuumed or cleaned ( i dont own a pool so im not really that familiar), there was a fair amount of sediment on the bottom (not a tremendous amount but definitely noticeable). We checked in on a thursday and pool cleanings were supposed to be done on wednesdays per information left in the house by the owner. That being said, it was also a holiday week with the day of our check in being the fourth of july so it is very possible the clea ing service did not come that week. Second, there was no wifi password available and when I reached out through the preferred method of communication (as given by the host which was VRBO messages) we never received a response. All in all minor inconveniences with a overall pleasant atmoshpere and stay.

I have lived in the Dallas area for many years and bought this house in 2013 and lived in for 6 years. Afterwards I decided to rent it out to long term tenants, but decided to spend some time and effort to turn it into a short/mid term rental. I didn't mind renting it out for long term use, but once I started hosting rather than just renting, I realized that I prefer the hospitality aspect and providing a little vacation spot for others. It also feels great to hear all the good things about the renovations after spending nearly 2 years setting the house up for hosting.

The neighborhood is quite and cozy. A great place for a family to relax and still be close to whatever you need. With a park that has bike trails nearby and many major corporate offices in the area, its a great place to work and enjoy time with your loved ones.

The recent renovation upgraded the master suite which can be like your own little palace or spa. That along with the pool, makes this ideal to entertain the kids while you can also enjoy pampering yourself or having alone time.
