Relax at this quiet house after enjoying all Kansas City has to offer.
5 min drive (1.5 miles/ 2.4km) to:

The space
The first floor includes an in-unit washer and dryer(free), fully-stocked kitchen, bathroom, and cozy living room with futon that converts to a full sized bed (linens for the futon are located in the closet under the stairs). Roku HDTV with a Chromecast plugged in, just enter your streaming passwords and enjoy a movie.
Master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet located on second floor.
Out the back door of the kitchen, a patio awaits with table and chairs.
2 assigned parking space directly in front of the house.
Motion sensor light with camera faces the shared driveway to illuminate your walk to the front door and lockbox. The camera is always recording.
Free, fast Wifi throughout.
The house is sprayed for bugs on a quarterly basis.
I am proud to pay my cleaners a living wage.
You will have the entire house and back patio to yourself during your stay. All living spaces are private.
Other things to note:
This is a smoke and pet-free property. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars, weed or animals of any kind INSIDE the house. smoking on the driveway ok with front door closed. DO not bring used cigarettes or joints etc inside the house, dispose in the white bucket outside. penalty for smoke mitigation is $200.
check out instructions: Turn the lights off, lock the door, and return the key to the lockbox.
The house has a legal occupancy of 3 people.
We are unable to accept bookings from local guests.
AC during summer no lower than 72 F/22 C. make sure windows and doors are closed when heat/AC is on.

no unregistered guests. guests will forfeit booking costs, be charged additional and/or be asked to leave.

To complete booking, guests must respond they agree to follow the house rules once they are sent via VRBO messenger, pay the monthly deposit 2 days prior to arrival (800$)and sign a short rental agreement.
