Come see Historic Lafayette and stay in this spacious home downtown! This charming home has 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a pull out couch in the family room. It’s a quick walk to your favorite bars and restaurants downtown or a short drive to Purdue University's campus. There are also multiple bus stops in the immediate area if you would rather take public transportation. There is a wrap around front porch. Your group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is not been child proofed.

It’s a charming old house. There were some minor inconveniences, but nothing that upset our stay. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable and the location to Purdue University was perfect. If you’re looking for a 5-star resort feel, this isn’t it, but if you’re looking for a fun experience, in a house with character, this is the spot!

It was good. Great place for a family. If you like old houses this is the place for you. Bathrooms and kitchen were updated. Lots of hot water.

Purdue move in

Worked great for a couple days stay for Purdue move in. Old house with a lot of history. Much more fun than staying at an expensive hotel. Property manager was attentive and helpful.

Great Location - Lots of Hot Water

5 BRs & 3 baths, very comfortable beds, walked to East End Grill, Lafayette Brewing, & Murdock Park. This place has lots of character - the grandsons were sad to leave; they loved it. The host was extremely, responsive when we pointed out a broken showerhead by a previous tenant. So convenient to everywhere in both Lafayette and Purdue, espec trips to Columbian Park, Arnis, and the Frozen Custard. No question we would stay here again.

We stayed at this home with our family while attending a memorial service in Rossville. This beautiful restored home is in great location close to everything. It's just a few minutes from Purdue and close to Sagamore Parkway/26 for restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The parking was easy, right on the street in front of the house. The interior of the home is so beautiful! Erik was a very kind and responsive host. I highly recommend this charming property and would return if we are again in the area.

Vintage home big enough for a big family

We were very grateful for such a wonderful place that is so close to campus that was also big enough to house our family for graduation. The hosts were exceptionally kind and they were very responsive to questions. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space, and they had enough of everything for us to all be comfortable. The beds were comfortable, there was lots of space to hang out, and the living room even had all electric reclining couches and chairs. If you like old houses with plenty of character, this place is great. I am so glad that we picked this place! We probably won’t have a reason to come back to Purdue, but if we do, I would stay here again!

Big house in convenient location

Huge old house with good bones, and a remodel in progress. The 3 bathrooms have been updated, and there are good beds, linens and towels. Some simple things like reading lights in the bedrooms, in addition to the ceiling light you have to get out of bed to turn off, would make it more liveable. The floors throughout are wood, and some rugs would make it quieter and more comfortable. Seven adults had plenty of space, and were happy with our choice to stay in this classy old home instead of at a hotel.
