The community is quiet, peaceful, secure and has the nicest neighbors! And it is centrally located and in convenient proximity to Costco, Lowes, HomeDepot, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Target, Mercato, downtown Naples, beaches, I75 and all the Restaurants Naples has to offer!! making it a perfect location.

I am from Italian decent born in Manhattan. Both my parents were Italians. I grew up in Europe and was educated mostly in the USA. As a banker, I learned real estate investing is a solid investment vehicle. I have owned real estate from 1991 and have done only annual rentals since. This is my first furnished seasonal/short term rental. I have done a dozen flips.
My wife fosters kittens and pregnant mama cats for the Humane Society of Naples. We have two foster fails, Eva and Idalia.
