HOUSE RULES
--Available Youtube TV or you can sign into your personal preferred streamlining App but it’s your responsibility to sign out before departure. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Amazon prime, Sling, DirecTV Stream etc
--No smoking, no vaping, no chewing tobacco or use of at marijuana on the property. Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages
--Absolutely No parties and events allowed; No outside Speakers & Mics allowed on the property
--Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8pm
--Please do not rearrange the furniture
--Please make sure all doors to the property are locked when you’re not occupying the home and upon your checkout
--Extra sleeping arrangements: There are folding Rollaway beds/Cots in the each bedroom closet; the maroon couch in the game room is also a pullout bed
--Note: For safety matters, this property has two ring doorbell cameras. One on the front door and one at the back driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces.
