ヴィラストロフィリアの森αNATURA AND RAMSAR PROTEDTED AREAは、オリーブ、オレンジ、レモン、アプリコット、松などの木が12000平方メートルの畑にある200m2のプライベートヴィラ、4つのダブルベッドルーム、3つのバスルーム、1つのバスルームすべての調理器具を備えた完全装備のキッチン、2世紀前に建てられたオリジナルの暖炉のある応接室、家の中のダイニングルーム、ベランダの別のダイニングエリア、ココナッツと木の下の庭の別のスペース、およびエアコン、天井ファン、二重gl窓、wi-fi、各部屋に衛星テレビ、バーベキュー、伝統的なwood、3つの駐車スペース、非常に静かで、徒歩圏内（320メートル）または「青い旗のある素晴らしいビーチまで車で900メートル」 '地元の魚や肉が入ったタベルナに非常に近いクリスタルウォーター用。ヴィラデューンズは、丘の下の私道の端にあり、騒音から離れ、自然の中で贅沢な生活を送るのに望ましい静かさとリラックスした環境を提供しています。

パン屋、食料品店、多くのスーパーマーケット、20キロ未満のパトラー（2キロ）に2つのヘルスセンターと薬局があり、パトラス（35キロ）には3つの大きな病院があります。一方、この地域はメロン、スイカ、新鮮な豆、ナス、イチゴの生産で有名です。砂浜は、ストロフィリアの森に沿って9 kmにわたって伸び、パラソルとビーチチェアを備えた3つの食堂が広がっています。パラソルとビーチチェアも、西ペロポネソス半島で最も明確で穏やかなビーチとしてヨーロッパの検査の「青い旗」によって毎年授与されたビーチを隔てるために、ヴィラデューンズによって提供されています。

wonderful and unique

We have been for four weeks in this wonderful location and we were absolutely lucky. Beginning with very friendly and helpful host, who showed us what greek hospitality means, and ending with the unique location. the villa is located in a great garden at the foot of a hill, in pure nature, 350 m to the sea, a footwalk through a forest of strofilia pine trees. In the other direction you have wetland with Flamingos, Pelicans...This place will always stay in our hearts. Thank you

Great Wild vacations

We enjoyed 2 weeks in this nice villa near by the dunes and the beach. It is perfect for people that are looking at staying in a wild and protected natural area ! Leonidas is a nice guy and was full of tips and always available to support in case needed. The only point to improve is the water as their is not that much drinkable water in the area as well as in the house.

Une belle maison authentique au milieu de la forêt dans une région authentique avec des plages de sable sauvages magnifiques. Un bel endroit pour se reposer et merci à Léonidas pour sa sympathie et sa réactivité à tout moment.

Very nice place !

The house and the garden are very nice. Lots of flowers, and not so much mosquitoes and bugs. The beach is just perfect, and Leonidas is sympathic and helpful.

Tolle Lage für einen entspannten Urlaub

Die Lage: Ein phantastischer Strand, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein paar Tavernen Das Haus: sehr geräumig, Ausstattung nicht neu, alles vorhanden Der Vermieter: super nett und hilfsbereit, danke Leonidas :-)

Exceptional value and spaciousness for relaxed vacation.

I recommend this beautiful property for longer stays as it is far from the city but near a beautiful beach on the Ionian sea. Our host, Leonidas, was gracious and came to meet us in the town of Lappa or so we could find the property with long curving driveway. We stayed almost a week and wish we could have had longer. Day trips by car to Olympia, Temple of Apollo, Patra, and island of Zakynthos from Killini were easily managed. Located in/near a huge national park the forest of umbrella trees and birds were interesting with a back drop of lovely small mountains.

A déconseiller - location dangereuse - présence de scorpions

Nous avions loué la maison de M. Leonidas Stroumpos à Kalogria pour 3 semaines au mois d'août. Nous avons dû faire face à de très nombreux scorpions à l'intérieur de la maison et sur les terrasses dès le début du séjour. Avant de réserver, il nous avait pourtant écrit qu'il n'y avait pas de nuisibles malgré la proximité du parc naturel de Kalogria. A la fin de la 1ère semaine, ma plus jeune fille de 7 ans a marché sur un scorpion la nuit et s'est faite piqué au pied. Elle a énormément souffert. Nous avons dû nous rendre aux urgences de l'hôpital de Patras en pleine nuit (1 heure de route) pour la mettre en observation et la soigner. Nous avons prévenu immédiatement le propriétaire par sms pour l'informer de la situation et du fait que nous ne pouvions plus rester dans la maison sans mettre en danger le reste de ma famille. Nous lui avons dit que nous laissions les clés à son voisin et avons quitté les lieux dès le samedi matin. Nous lui avons demandé de nous dédommager les 2 semaines restantes. Il a refusé toute arrangement arguant alors que la région est protégée par une convention interdisant le traitement des nuisibles (scorpions jaunes, moustiques, araignées,..) ! J'en profite pour préciser que le soir il est impossible de diner dehors dès le soleil tombé du fait des moustiques en très grands nombres aussi. Il y a une taverna à 200m qui est complétement vitrée le soir pour pouvoir diner sereinement. Après vérification par mon épouse auprès du pharmacien local, il y a eu 5 cas de paludisme dans la région ces derniers mois. Cela fait 15 ans que nous passons nos vacances en Grèce et c'est la première fois que je vois une maison dangereuse comme ça (même si elle est bien équipée et décorée).

tout est ordre et beauté, luxe calme et affabilité

La maison, équipée de tout le confort possible et aménagée avec goût, est remarquablement située au coeur d'une pinède et à deux pas d'une mer merveilleuse. Climatisation et ventilation permettent de ne pas craindre la chaleur. L'accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire dépasse tout ce que l'on peut imaginer. Vraiment, nous reviendrons et nous recommandons ce séjour pour une famille.

Very good villa

Very clear and comfortable house. We were 11 persons (6 adults+5 children) and absolutely everyone is very pleased. Leonidas is friendly and responsive host. The garden is really big and lovely. Some beautiful sandy beaches, seawater is clear. For us it was very importance that there is very few tourists (at least in June). Olympia, Delphi, Sparta (80-150-250 km). I can highly recommend this villa for vacation or just relaxing by the sea. You will not regret.

Beautiful and clean house

The house is in reality like the pictures and description on this website. It is well equipped, well-maintained, modern and very nice furnished. It has a big and shady veranda as well. The house is situated in a large garden with a lot of trees. The owner was very friendly and showed us around. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beautiful, natural and clean beach. We enjoyed our trip a lot! :)

Half of Villa Dunes is the old monastery where the nun=kalogria used to stay and gave the name to the area,built in a field of 10.000 sq.m. with lots of lemon,orange,olive and other trees.In a unique environment surrounded by the Strofilia forest well known for the lakes,the dunes and the pine trees,is a birds habitat yet a historical place.It is also protected by NATURA and RAMSAR projects.
Detached but also only 350 meters (8min) through the dunes to the 'blue flag' by EU sandy beach,offers a peaceful environment with all amenities (tavernas,beach parties,lakes in the forest,Araxos airport etc) in walking distance.
There are many historical places around reachable by car or bus.Dimaion castle is only 2 kilometers away,Killini and from there to Zakynthos and Kefalonia islands is 20 minutes away, and above all, Ancient Olympia is only 30 minutes driving.Delphi is reachable by car or bus as a day excursion.
Supermarkets,tavernas with local meat and fish,doctors and hospitals are in easily reachable distances from the villa that was totally renovated and furnished by the owner in 2011 to offer a relaxed and calm environment to the visitors.A/C,double glazed windows,ceiling fun,wi-fi,solar heating water,wood oven and bbq is offered while cleaning,bedsheets,towls and beach towels are offered weekly to make a comfortable stay.

The area is protected by NATURA and RAMSAR CONVENTION.Living in this particular area gives you the impression of staying in a unique environment that was naturally created for the last 5 centuries,it's unique to the Mediterranean area for the pine tree forest,the sandy beach,the dunes and the lakes.The villa particularly is a combination of two connected houses the older part being a monastery of 18th century and the other part a newer building.Built in a field of 10.000 sq.m. gives the feeling of calmness,quietness and it's the last house to the beach .
