Quiet and friendly neighbourhood and just a 3 minutes to Superstore, Starbucks, Shoppers drugmart, Banks, Restaurants and many more. Just 10 minutes to the Premium Outlet Store and South Edmonton Common. It is 20 minutes away to West Edmonton Mall and 20 minutes to the Rogers Arena. 25 minutes away to the University of Alberta Hospital. The house is Uber and Uber Eats/Skip the dishes accessible. Spray parks, walk trails and playgrounds are just walking distance away.
