The apartment is spacious, was clean but curtains were a concern for me being at the street level, curtains didn’t cover the windows well and were basically see through.
Getting into the apartment was difficult. Entrance is in the back street ( not Spruce St), where lock box is, is not clear. WiFi for apartment 1A could not be accessed. You have a beautiful apartment but getting into apartment it’s frustrating, parking it’s a pain.
