Our spacious 3BD cabin (sleeps 8) is the perfect destination for you and your family to make incredible memories here in the Smoky Mountains. All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! There is also a wooden dining room table right off the kitchen, perfect for your family to dine and gather together.

Enjoy the peacefulness of the Smokies that surround you, all while being close to the center of all the action AND having tons of entertainment to enjoy at your own home! Enjoy family movie night in the living room while cuddled up on the leather couches. Relax downstairs in the sauna or outdoor hot tub. Rain or shine, enjoy the indoor pool year-round! Step upstairs into the loft game room and you are met with hours and hours of entertainment – from the pool table to the arcade, no one will be bored! And outside, you and your family can enjoy the peacefulness of the Smokies while gathered around the fire pit and stargazing. Holiday getaway

Wonderful cabin! First time visitor to the area. Great amenities, beautiful location. Having the indoor pool and the game room made this place such a jewel. Enjoyed peace and tranquility, while being located close enough to the activities/shopping/food. The owners were excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. This was a great place to enjoy our visit and I would definitely book again for a future stay.

We Loved it!!!

We absolutely loved the property. Very clean and accommodating. The host was very easy to communicate with. Everything was perfect, very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. Weekend Getaway

Beautiful 3 story cabin, very clean, alot to do with family. My family really enjoyed the indoor pool. The cabin has a beautiful view, it is secluded but also close to restaurants and attractions. I would definitely recommend the cabin. Its very fun for all ages!

We had such an amazing stay at this cabin. The hot tub and pool were amazing. The cabin was clean the pool water was warm. We would recommend this cabin and we would rent this cabin again!

Great location, great hosts

The check in process was easy, the stay was wonderful. We had to notify the host of an issue when we arrived and they responded back quickly. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. It was in a great location and close to everything.

Hideaway Heaven

Although a few improvements could be made, our visit was all that we were looking for. Privacy and solitude were the most important items on our checklist and this property delivered. If we had wanted to bring our family, this would’ve been great for them as well. Close to PF and the hustle and bustle but delivered on privacy as well.

Great location as we were visiting Dollywood multiple times. Cabin was great, clean, and plenty to entertain the family with the indoor pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting pigeon forge.

Perfect house!

We rented here for a destination wedding turned family getaway. We loved how close it was to everything and the kids loved the indoor pool. Beds were comfy. Living room was perfect for our size. 4 adults and 2 kids. Seriously great location!

Cute cabin

This cute cabin was not far from town, was clean and stocked with plenty of dishes, and pots/pans. The hot tub, pool and game room kept us all entertained. I forgot something important to me and the hosts responded quickly and are now mailing it to me. Great hosts! I would definitely stay here again.

Fun Cabin and Good Location

We enjoyed our stay over a long weekend. The hot tub, game room, and proximity to Pigeon Forge was great. Feels private and great place for family to getaway. Only drawbacks are the family/great room is crowded if you have more than 4-5 people and there isn’t much in the way of seating in the upstairs game room. Overall, we would recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay with your family or a few friends.

Amazing cabin amazing location!

We absolutely loved the location on this cabin ! We were close enough to the ball parks for baseball but still had the "mountain feel"! We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room! We never felt like we were on top of each other . The host was extremely helpful and quick to answer all my questions ! We will be back to stay without question!

Beautiful Cabin, Very Clean

We go a couple of times a year to the area for short last minute vacations to see some shows. We would stay here again. It was very clean and our kids loved the pool, hot tub, and video games. My wife loved the sauna. The beds were comfortable. The front door has a code to get in, so you do not have to mess with keys, this is the best setup and very convenient. Five minutes to the closest McDonalds, and 7 minutes to the main strip. We would recommend this property to anyone.

Great Cabin Close to Everything

This cabin really had it all. The hosts were very communicative and super helpful. There were plenty of beds, fun games and a pool table, hot tub, a sauna, and your own personal pool to top it off. Not only that, it's located just minutes from the heart of Pigeon Forge. We've stayed at other cabins but this one might be our new favorite. Would highly recommend for anyone with kids as there is plenty for everyone to do at this cabin.

Great Location, Lots of Amenities

It was a great place to go, relax and enjoy ourselves. It was a big house for just my spouse and I but would comfortably fit a large family. The pool and jacuzzi were great! There were plenty of dishes, pots/pans, etc. The location was just outside the business of the city but still close enough to get to restaurants or attractions within minutes. We would definitely stay again.

Hickory Splashtastic!

We really enjoy short stay at Hickory Splash. The owner was impressively responsive and accommodating. They provided baby gates, toddler dinnerware and even toys. The cabin is perfectly located close to everything yet surrounded by woods. The pool was an exciting surprise to my grandkids. Definitely recommend this property. FYI upstairs thermostat is hidden behind bunk beds.

Great Spring Break Choice

This three-story property gave us a chance to relax with two grade-school aged kids. They loved the pool, which was a comfortable 82 degrees. The hot tub was also appreciated after busy days visiting the attractions in the area. Location was ideal, a short drive to everything, in clouding Dollywood. Beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed. A couple of small issues, and the owners responded quickly. Lots of room, and large Smart tvs when you want to catch up on shows. Comfortable furniture in the family room. Up to date appliances; we cooked some and had the tools we needed. We hoped to see a bear on our trip, but didn’t. We did have one tear into our trash because we didn’t get the bear proof trash guard closed correctly. Our fault. Don’t leave any food in cars… just fyi. Loved the wooded area and the privacy. What a great week in this cool cabin.

Family Vacay

The property was exactly as listed and shown in the photos and them some! We brought our 17 & 11 year old daughters, our oldest son and daughter in law and our 18 month old grandson. The kiddos definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub (our grandson enjoyed standing on the steps to the hot tub and splashing the girls!) This cabin is busy body toddler friendly with baby gates at the top of both sets of stairs, a high chair, dishes for little ones and even a playpen! The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we've had away from home! The owners messaged the address and door code in a timely manner! We didn't have to contact them for any issues at all, but when I did message them, they responded immediately.We also enjoyed not having a huge check out check list. Just gather our towels and pick up loose trash. This cabin is also the perfect location. Easy in and out and away from the chaos of the strip but only minuets away!

We are new to the platform (Nov 2023) and will do our very best to make sure you have a great time!
