Randy & Robin were great hosts. The house was really nice and the pool overlooking the canal was beautiful. We had 8 adults staying and while the house was very spacious, the room with the bunk bed isn’t great for adults. 2 of my adult children made it work though. Our first week was really chilly so we weren’t able to use the pool. Randy did adjust the heater for the pool because of the colder weather. The kayaks were a big hit with all of us. It’s a great house that we would consider renting again. Thank you Randy and Robin

Perfect Florida Stay with everything you need

Randy and his wife were very accommodating. The house was fully stocked with anything you could imagine to need. We come to Florida for spring break every year and this is the first house that has had everything already there from fans, to laundry detergent, trash bags, spices, you name it. Beach chairs, even a cooler if you forgot yours! The home was very clean, and taken care of. Spacious and everything was in working order. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool, and we loved sitting on the lower dock enjoying our morning coffee. 5 stars. We will be back!!

Spring break trip

We had a great few days with family. Enjoyed the ping pong table & the pool. Appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels. The house was well stocked with kitchen iems including ketchup, mustard and a large selection of spices not normally found in a rental. Communication with Randy was timely. He even allowed us to add an extra day to our trip. We were surprised during one of our emails that he stated that he and his wife had an apartment at the back of the house and would be there during our stay. We were surprised as nowhere in the house listing or description did it mention the owners would be on site. If we had known that we would not have rented this house. There was no intrusion by the owners.....just a different feel than we are used to. 1 daughter and her sons live 60 miles away and arrived hours before the rest of us were to arrive. She was shocked upon arrival to find 2 cars in the driveway. We explained they probably belonged to the owners but she was not comfortable being there without us so she drove back home for the night. She drove back the next morning. It was disappointing for us to hear her family would not be there when we arrived late that night. Since we see her family once a year it was sad to miss out on a night's bedtime kisses and morning hugs. Owners on sight might not be an issue for some renters; just thought it was fair for people to be aware of it before they commit.

I am glad you had a great time with your family. Sorry to hear about your daughter but we stay in the seperate back small apartment half of the time and try to respect our quests privacy.
