Welcome to The Palms A6 a beautiful 3 bed/3 bath townhome. Relax with your favorite beverage on your fabulous private balcony. With a king-size bed in the master and an attached bathroom on the 2nd floor, you will be able to rest well after a long day at the beach. For more sleeping rooms, there is an additional queen-sized bed in the guest mini suite on the 1st floor and 2 twin/full bunk beds, and a king bed in the guest room on the 3rd floor. This townhome sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably. The Palms A6 also features amenities such as outdoor pool and a hot tub. The full kitchen has everything the chef in your group needs to whip up a delicious meal. The living room has a flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a full day at the beach. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. Had issue with sink downstairs and toilet. was taken care of promptly. think issues were created by last previous renter as it was thinks that had been undone.

The property was fantastic when we walked in. Plenty of space, three story… but the problems that you don’t see until you sit on the couch and feel the wooden frame and springs in what used to be cushions, the couch is completely worn out, along with the 2 chairs as well. We stayed on the 3rd level, the GFI in the bathroom does not work, had to blow dry hair without a mirror— running back and forth to the mirror in the bathroom to see what my hair needed and where while blowing. The mirror itself, is nasty. Has a “X” across it. Not sure what that deal is. The bunk beds are not safe. The screws are coming out of them. (Hoping I can post pictures when I am done)Lastly, but most importantly, ALL 3 beds (2 kings and the queen)—- are like the couch— worn out and hard as a brick. Our backs hurt each day. My daughter and husband took the bottom level after my son and daughter in law left because her back was hurting her so bad from sleeping on the bed on the 2nd level. The king on the 3rd floor where we slept, or tried was ridiculously hard!Pillows were the same. I always bring mine, I suggest you do, too, to save neck pain. Location to the beach, all the balconies, pool location was excellent—- kitchen excellent. 2 Stars because the lack of being comfortable sitting and sleeping in a vacation rental of this caliber was very poor!!!! If I had known, I would have stayed else where.

This is an older property that was renovated . Primarily the kitchen and bathroom areas. The unit had three levels. The steps leading to the second and third floor were very steep and there lots of them. The third level did not have a door to close between the second and third floors. The washer and dryer was on the second floor and I believe it was the dryer that made a lot of noise because it was not level. Which could be heard on the third floor. There was a smoke detector which had a green light in the hallway that was so bright it interrupted the person sleeping on the bottom bunk. Had to put a mask on to sleep. It was a short walk to the beach across the street and that was convenient . There was storage chest on the outside that had beach novelty items that were not in the best condition some broken or extremely rusted and broken. The parking for the unit will only fit two vehicles which are very small in between two posts. I asked in advance if there was additional parking since the unit could sleep at least 8 people. I was told yes, and they stated by the trash dumpster. However there was not any parking available by the dumpster and that was a total inconvenience.
