With a perfect location, close to the best shops and entertainment venues in Condesa, our cozy spacious and colorful apartment is equipped to accommodate 8 people in an area with guaranteed security.



The Space:

The appartment is for the exclusive use of guests. You will have access to all areas: balcony, kitchen, laundry room, 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, dining room and a cozy living room.



If you want a travel baby crib or high chair, let us know one week before your arrival so that we can provide it to you. Also, if you have any additional requirements, let us know so we can find the best option for you and your companions.

The Neighborhood:

Condesa is one of the safest areas of the city with a lot of security, walking distance to best hotels, delicious, restaurants, bars, cafes and very near to the city center and breathtaking and historical places like La Roma, Polanco, and the Anthropology Museum. In Condesa you can choose to eat on a fancy restaurant or street food. You can drive, walk , use a scooter or rent a bicycle for a week and go wherever you want.



Getting Around:

Uber and DIDI are cheap, safe and always available.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.

You will also receive recommendations for places to visit during your stay in Mexico and we will be attentive to any requirement through the platform or text message.



Additionally, we will be attentive to anything our guests may need :). Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
