I hope this review is helpful for future renters. We try to stay at the Cedars when we come to Breck due to the location of the ski lifts. You really can’t beat the location. We are a family of four and like to eat at the house and chill after a long day of skiing. So we actually stay in the units we rent quite a bit and rarely eat out.There were some small things that were really annoying about this stay that I haven’t experienced with past Cedar condo rentals.There was not a single fan in the entire unit. Since there is no forced air, the entire unit became a hot box and was really difficult to sleeping until we got the air temp just right. As I said earlier, we like to cook and all the utensils and cookware looked like those you would find in a dorm. They just need to be replaced.Then there were several little annoyances— dead batteries in the remotes, dead light bulbs, non-functioning bathroom vents, curtain rods that were coming apart or wouldn’t allow the curtains to fully close. The master bath drain was clogged so I had to go to city market for drano. Half of the sinks didn’t have hand soap. No dish soap (had to buy). Nothing to clean the countertops (had to buy spray). If the manager/owner would address these issues, it would be an easy 5 star stay.Hope this helps you prepare for your future stay.
