This is the PERFECT location, any season! In ski season, you will walk right out the front door to the slopes and lift, it doesn't get any easier! Then stroll into town for dinner or drinks after a day of sking. Then in the summer, sit by the river for a glass of wine, or cup of coffee, take a hike or walk to town for dinner, coffee, a drink or shopping on the quaint, historic Main Street . Once the car is parked in the garage, you won't need to get it out again. If you want to stay in, the kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook at home. Plus a gas grill is on the front patio if you want to grill out. The 2 smart TV's give you access to cable and your own Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime Video accounts and more.

This was such a great property. The location with the slopes so close was amazing, and Sarah sent a bus schedule when our peak closed so we could still go to other peaks to ski and snowboard. The house was in great shape, pictures were accurate, and the kitchen was the best equipped that we have seen. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful stay with family. The condo was as described, beautiful, clean, and close to lift. Plenty of space to spread out and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and helpful. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything was as expected and advertised! Owner/manager very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and the property is truly ski-in/ski-out!! Walking only 100 yards to ski down to Quicksilver was pretty awesome!

We really in enjoyed are stay in this unit.Very clean! This unit is a true ski in ski out! We have been to Breck several times and stayed at the neighbouring property complex and just really enjoyed this property better! Host is great to work with, checked in to make sure we had what was needed.

Great for skiing & family getting together

Place was well equipped and we found it easy to get around with ski in ski off and going to town. We could disperse in the unit and not be all jammed together in one room and the bunk beds worked perfectly for the young teens traveling with us.

The townhouse is exceptionally clean, and the host is very caring. The location is unbeatable!

Very nice unit. Updated, quiet location. The owner is the agent so prompt in communication. We were there for an event and saw inside several other units, this was hands down the best one. We will stay here again.

Great ski-in/ski-out

A fantastic spot to stay in Breckenridge, just steps from the slope and a short walk to downtown Breckenridge - we didn’t us our car all week.The condo was comfortable and well stocked and the communication from the owner was great. We hope to be back in the future!

The home has everything you need. We were there in the summer. Maybe an 8-minute walk to Main Street. Very quiet at night. The little creek out front was the clear highlight for our toddler. Easy access to trails and having a dedicated garage spot was icing on the cake.

Best place in Breck!

This property is truly amazing! This is LEGIT ski in/ski out, you cannot beat the location. The owner is incredibly communicative and helpful. The place is gorgeous and comfortable. It’s laid out perfectly for a family or two couples. We cannot wait to come back next year I truly have zero complaints.

Great stay

A perfect location, the lift is right out the front door and a two minute walk. Downtown is a ten minute walk. The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is indoor parking and check in and out is easy and straight forward. I would stay here again without hesitation

Great experience!

This property was a great fit for our family of six. Easy walk to downtown. Property is stocked with everything you need. Communication with owner was very clear and we had no problems with check in or checkout, even with a last minute booking. I would stay here again!

Spring skiing

Location was perfect. True definition of Ski-in/Ski-out. Place was clean and everything worked. Sarah (manager) was fantastic - she did an awesome job ensuring check-in/check-out went smooth. Sarah checked in daily to make sure we were 100% taken care of. Very convenient 5-minute walk to Main St. for drinks/dinner.We will be back.
