- A full bathroom with a bathtub has two separate entrances.
- The One Bedroom Condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Upon entry to the left guests will find an open full-size kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and range top, perfect for whipping up a meal for the whole group. The living room is open and spacious, perfect for entertaining, where guests can eat comfortably at the breakfast bar or the glass dining room table. The living room sofa converts to a full-size sleeper and offers a TV and DVD player. There is a portable AC unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking
