This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a den features granite countertops, an open-concept kitchen and living area, a new in-unit washer and dryer, spacious walk-in closets, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Start your day with coffee on the lanai, then enjoy golf, pickleball, shopping on 5th Avenue, or relaxing by the resort-style pool. Your stay includes full membership privileges, giving you access to all pools, restaurants, tennis and pickleball courts, and the ability to book golf tee times.
Covered parking is provided for one car, with additional uncovered parking available for a second vehicle or guests. Naples Heritage is a beautifully maintained, gated community with 24/7 security.
Note: The association requires a background check before your stay, which usually takes about 30 days. We’ll guide you through the process and handle the details to make it easy. The association also requires a minimum stay of 30 nights for approval.

この宿泊施設の特徴
Naples Heritage is a beautiful club with resort-like amenities, including a Gordon Lewis-designed championship golf course, a brand-new pool, a workout facility, and tennis and pickleball courts. It is located 15 minutes from downtown Naples and the beach. Our unit is a corner, upper level space with great views of the golf course. No neighbors above.
