Property was exactly as described, clean, well presented and had everything required for our stay. We had a small issue with a lizard deciding to enter the hot tub pump housing but the hosts were very quick to resolve the issue for us. Pool and hot tub heat included meant no hidden add on costs and the hot tub was very much needed after busy days out and about. There are plenty of great eateries nearby as well as a large Walmart too. location was perfect for Disney and the neighbourhood has lots to offer younger families too. The Garage of the Villa had a fabulous array of activities and the oldies of the family even re-lived our childhood with a game of donkey kong both at the new universal park and home on the garage arcade machine The kitchen was well stocked and included everything needed to use the bbq too. All of the instructions for check in and for the villa were well communicated. Five stars for this property. It really was a home from home.

A qualified five-stars, in that whilst the the property was genuinely excellent for our long, family holiday it has what may be for some a fatal flaw: noise. Between the air-con, the fridge, next door neighbour's air-con, a neighbour's dog and especially the busy main road behind the property, it was a stay with constant disturbance. If that's going to bother someone in your party, don't stay here.On the other hand everything else was great: - the host was attentive to any issues and quick with comms; - cleanliness and comfort were excellent and, apart from the odd quirk of a well-lived-in accomodation (like blunt knives or a socket that doesn't hold a plug very well) it had all the amenities one would want;- I'd like to particularly flag the internet, which, by holiday let standards, was amazing. In an era of smartphones, streaming services, Lightning Lanes and online banking this is an underappreciated provision in most accomodations, but here it was fantastic;- the pool was well looked after, including a maintenance service that was at least fortnightly;- and location-wise, generally positive. This house couldn't be any better for Disney, and even Universal or Orlando city, didn't feel particularly far away, albeit you're at the mercy of i4 traffic for any given journey in that direction.If we're in the area again we'd consider staying here again, which is about the highest TLDR praise I can offer.

Loved our stay. Apartment has everything you need and we really enjoyed the Pool/Spa. Great location, close to 192 restaurants, shops, Supermarkets (Walmart, Target, Publix). We would definitely stay here again. Only small thing was that it says checkout before 11.00 am and we were planning on staying until nearer 11.00 am as our flight wasn't until 6.00 pm but our cleaners turned up at 10.10 am. They said we could stay while they cleaned but it felt very awkward and we were just finished getting ready so we left. Best to change time on here to 10.00 am or tell cleaners it's 11.00 am :)

Great Vaction

Everything about the stay was great, game room, pool and living was a thrill for everyone. The only downside was how unbelievably hot the rooms were, the curtains were thin and had no coverage so lots of heat entered the rooms. Could barely sleep with how hot it was. But regardless everything else smooth and provided the family with fun, just wish we weren’t dying of heat.

Dinsey Trip

Fantastic stay at Kens Villa. Just as described. It is only a few miles from Disney but Disney traffic is ridiculous.Villa was in Windsor Hills area which was a loveky residential quiet area just outside the mayhem of Disney and we appreciated the home from home feel as we stayed for 16 days The pool was nice and warm Bedrooma were spacious with plenty of storage.Kitchen was light and airy. My only grumble was lack of wine glasses and better pots and pans, serving dishes as we cooked daily in villa.The games room was great, we all loved the pool table.The villa is 40 mins walk from Wallmart and a Starbucks ( we did the walk ) And a short drive from Publix ( a great supermarket)So location for us was perfect Ken was fantastic in communication and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .If you want a clean, light and airy villa thats close to Disney this is perfect Thank you for your hospitality Reena

Our Disney Christmas Trip

The home is lovely and extremely comfortable -we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub tremendously!!! The kids and some adults loved the game room - a lot of fun!! The home is well laid out and all on one floor which is great for us old people. There were a few problems but none that prevented a wonderful week. It was very nice to be able to come back from the parks and relax and swim!! There were a few problems that I will discuss with the owner that require some attention. The only reason I gave the home a good for cleanliness was I found some mildew on the shower curtain and on the shower head in the queen bathroom. The remainder of the house was immaculate. The only reason I gave communication with the owner a good is because the porch light was out and we contacted him but he did not respond. It was difficult to punch in the code on the front door without the light. Overall a great stay - would stay again!!

Quiet neighborhood, convenient location

Great communication with our host, Ken. Very easy to get any questions answered. We stayed an extra day it was so nice. 5 adults and one child under 1, there was more than enough space. We will certainly try to book again.

Wouldn’t stay again!

I only have 1star on some of the rating because I couldn’t put 0 stars. 1st off we didn’t receive our check in information with the key code until about 8:30 after we asked for it. We were booked out through the week of hurricane Milton so we needed to leave the house early. VRBO assured me I would get a refund for the days i was not going to be there but the host did NOT honor that! He changed up the amount of the house and added extra fees so that we would not get refund for the correct amount. The pool area was dirty and the hot tub did not work no jets or heat! The master toilet was broke therefore the water ran constantly and was loud. The back yard fence was separating the yard from a highway so all we heard was traffic! I would not recommend this property!

Karate Competition and Disney Trip

Two families rented this house for a karate competition followed by a few days at Disney World. The neighborhood felt safe and is close to Disney property. The house wasn’t cleaned when we showed up, upon calling the owner he discovered there was a miscommunication with the cleaners and prior occupants. The cleaners came out the next day and did a great job cleaning the house. Otherwise the house was perfect for what we were looking for. One thing to note is that the AC was locked and unable to be turned below 72 and it also struggled to keep up during the day. We would stay here again.

Just Okay

We enjoyed our stay but the house was not super clean unfortunately. The master shower and bath were slimy, there were a few cabinets that had crumbs and even a dead palmetto bug and there was lipstick on one of the towels that was laid out for us. We really liked the game room (was happy that I read a review about turning the games on underneath) but there was a massive fly problem coming from the game room and then they would get into the house and we couldn’t locate the actual source. It got so bad we had to go buy fly traps. The house was also uncomfortably hot, especially at night! None of us could use blankets at night. To be fair it was very hot outside those days, but the air could not keep up and my kids were so hot we had use every fan in the house to get them through the night. The owner was super quick to reply when the hot tub wouldn’t get hot. He sent someone out and the problem was fixed within the day! The hot tub was great after that and my favorite part! The pool was nice and warm. All the appliances worked fine. They had the basics covered in the kitchen but I highly recommend they replace some of those items periodically. Overall it was fine and served its purpose. The owner was kind and responsive. My kids were happy minus the hot nights and the pool was a win! Plus it was close to Disney which is why we were there!

The only problem we had was the bed was too high in the master bedroom and toilets were low. Also the furniture in the living room is old and worn.

Good location / Good space

Great location and space for a large family. Pool was not warm enough and could have used a better cleaning before we arrived however space was great for a large family and game room is great. Suggest getting another chair for the living room.

Indian creek villa

This a a lovely villa. Indian creek is our fav place to stay. This was our first visit to this villa. We met Ken who was really lovely and any queries we had were promptly dealt with. The only minor point I would make is that a few of the basics(in my mind) were missing so I bought things like T Towels, grater, large jug to hold liquids. Could maybe do with a couple of pots as we cooked in and had guests for a few days but got by ok. It is a really lovely villa and was a very comfortable stay and we hope to return again. Enjoyed

I’m going to start with the property was everything we needed there were some small hiccups but was figured out. I’ll start with the small cons and all the pros and then just maybe some recommendations for the owner. The only big issue we had was the key lock did not work when we arrived at the house and after being on plane all day and getting stuck in traffic and grabbing food before you arrived it was an hour after we arrived and we didn’t get to eat hot food but the owner finally got a lot of us and we got into the house. We entered a very clean house. The house had everything we needed and was great. The down fall was only that the house is kept at 72 degrees and it’s hot in Florida we are from jersey and even in jersey we keep our air at 69 at all times we could not change the air it said it could break the pipes and unfortunately the bedrooms got hot at night even with the fans blowing so one of us slept in the living room where the air seems better flowing. The pool area was great the pool was hot all the time but it’s Florida so my son loved that it felt like a warm bath lol only thing I wish was different was that maybe we got a warning about people coming to do the yard work we were swimming in the pool and a gentleman just walked back there without saying anything and scared us. The owner was very nice. I would definitely recommend this house. Small recommendations is maybe an upgrade on the house book kids drew all over it sign in book and plastic cups for kids😊

This property is perfect for a family heading to the Disney parks! Very clean and family friendly!

Loved how clean the property was, very private and fenced in yard. 10-15 min from Disney parks! Would definitely stay again.

Great house, great location.

This property is only 15 minutes from all Disney parks. About 30min from Universal. 5 min from the huge Walmart, and tons of other stores. Great property!

Close to theme parks

Property is well appointed and exactly as depicted. Close to theme parks, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
