Comfortable home with a spacious back yard and long driveway for multiple car parking. Tucked away from the busy streets but close enough that it only takes minutes to get to any of the local malls, restaurants, or activities in the local area. Looking to drive up the canyon, take a 5 minute drive east and you will have access to ski resorts, mountain bike trails, and plenty of hiking.

Great Thanksgiving Holiday Trip

Came to UT to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends. The space was great enough beds for all and just enough room for a family meal. The location is quiet and the host was so great to work with. Super easy in and out. Would stay here again if needed.

Great house. Lots of space. Decorated nice. Kitchen appliances are clean and nice. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. Comes with computer, two TVs, two living rooms. There is a park that is easy to walk to for kids and adults. Location is great to access I-15 and BYU. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but overall we would highly recommend!!!

Close to the university

At first home looks small from the outside but is way more spacious than it seems. Check in was a breeze and home was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen has everything you need to cook up some meals. We liked how close it was to the university for our 3day convention. Property owner responds quickly to any questions you might have. Check out is simple and quick. We were 7 in total and this home was more than enough for all of us. Will stay again in the future!

Great home base for visiting family

In town visiting family and this was a great place for our small group. Nice tip from the host about ripe cherries in the backyard. We would stay there again for sure. One minor feedback item is the main basement TV should have access to current streaming services. Only local channels now. Thanks to the host for a great stay!

Great space! Super clean and comfortable.

Very well equipped and comfortable. Beds and pillows were wonderful and everything was very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. The only thing we were missing was a cutting board, as we did a fair bit of cooking. Maybe we couldn't find it though! The K-cups saved me, thanks for everything.

The best place!

We came to town for a wedding with our adult children and their two babies. Having an upstairs and downstairs separate space was fabulous. As a Realtor I couldn't help but notice the meticulous remodeling and decorating of this home! Everything was at our fingertips and the appliances were all new and fancy. We had the best time here. Will come again if given the opportunity. Location was close to freeway and shopping and entertainment. We felt safe and the home was more than comfortable.

Cozy

Older home nicely updated. Slept 8 comfortably. In town for a couple of occasions difficult to get that many people ready with no other mirrors or areas to get ready than the bathrooms. Seating at the table or out on the patio only accommodated 4 people making it hard to enjoy any meals in the home. Overall the property met our basic needs and allowed us to enjoy our time together.
