Welcome to Marvin's Gardens! You'll be entertained for hours in this Monopoly-inspired bungalow. A massive yard boasts bocce ball, frisbee golf, and a BBQ grill all centered around a large fire-pit patio. From this suburban oasis you'll find yourself only 10-12 minutes from Birmingham's finest breweries, bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. This freshly renovated 4-2 comes complete with a private in-house game and exercise room. Thank us later ;)
-No Smoking allowed!

-Quiet hours after 10 pm--strictly enforced

-2 Pets Maximum- Dogs or Cats less than 60 LBS

-No Pets allowed on the furniture (for cleaning purposes)

-Clean pet waste (in a bag) and place in the garbage can

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay over a long weekend. The house was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable and really appreciated a fully stocked coffee station. Would certainly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Birmingham.

Perfect location

In Birmingham to visit family and found this gem in Irondale area less than 30 min drive to Birmingham Zoo and McWane Science Center. The house was charming and comfortable. The game room was my daughter's favorite spot. The outdoor area was perfect.

Great spot

4 guys stayed here to play golf at RTJ courses over the weekend. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Really enjoyed the backyard. Host was very fast in responding. Would stay here again.

Engagement trip

The house was awesome for what we needed for family coming to town for a surprise engagement party. Was plenty of room for 7 adults. Beds were comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were a plus! Plenty of parking for 5 cars on driveway and in front of house.Loved sitting out on covered front porch but also had fire pit out back. Communication was prompt with Nick. Would stay again for sure!

Great house and perfect for the whole family

We decided to stay here while visiting for a baseball tournament for my oldest son in Hoover. I cannot say enough great things about the hosts of this property as well as the home itself. The location was so convenient to so many areas of Birmingham and Hoover. We were so grateful they allowed pets, so we could bring our 2 dogs. The fenced in yard was perfect for them to have some oustside time. The house itself is tastefully decorated and fit us perfectly…right down to all the games provided in the garage area. This property and its hosts are 10/10!! Will stay here again!

Retro Charming!

We were in town for the Barber Vintage Festival. Location was perfect for an easy and scenic ride to the park. Nice, quiet, established middle class neighborhood, with mature trees and friendly neighbors. House was exactly as described, comfortable, clean, tastefully furnished and exactly what we were looking for. Convenient shopping at Walmart and Winn Dixie nearby, lots of upscale restaurants too. For a family stay, it was perfect!

This was a terrific little house in a very quiet neighborhood. What sets this experience apart more than anything though was the incredible communication and kindnesses of the hosts. Probably the best I’ve experienced.
