The house was great for our weekend stay. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Even in November we spent a lot of time on the porch and were able to eat on the picnic table in the back yard. The hosts were great and we would surely come back again.

Beautiful location

We really loved this home. It was close to the beach and we were able to walk over to watch the sunset each night. The town is quaint and the home is located in a nice neighborhood. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful stay at Cape Charles

We loved this charming house which is close to everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants, and a lovely park. No golf cart needed! The beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed with everything we needed. We hope to stay there again!

Off season getaway

Beautiful property. Very clean and well organized. Great location with a cute backyard. We appreciated the few steps to leave the property as we could enjoy the last morning without worrying about linens and towels to be washed.

My happy place

We had a wonderful stay at SolMate. It was such a great home and allowed dogs over 50lbs! Not many places allow for larger dogs so finding this location was amazing and the park only a block away is a bonus!

Here's a polished review you can post on VRBO:We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely rent this property again! The location was perfect, with easy street parking right out front and convenient golf cart parking and charging in the back.One of our favorite features was the shed, which was stocked with just about everything you could need for a beach vacation (wagons, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, bikes, etc). It made packing so much easier.The home itself was incredibly well thought out and equipped. The washer and dryer in the unit were extremely convenient, and we especially appreciated the abundance of hooks throughout the house for hanging towels, bags, and beach gear. There were plenty of extra towels (beach and bath), blankets, and pillows, so we never felt like we were missing anything. My kids absolutely loved the bunk room and had a blast with all of the stuffed animals, toys, books, and board games. The outdoor shower was awesome after a day at the beach, and the shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers were a great touch. We were also pleasantly surprised by all the little extras provided, including hampers, a laundry basket, and even a step stool for kids. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and they even had handy kids plates. This property truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend, and we look forward to coming back!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. Two families with young children, total of 8 of us, plenty of space for everyone. Loved the short walk to the beach and pretty much everything in town. House is very clean and well furnished and stocked. The only thing we didn’t realize is that it is part of the duplex and you do share a backyard with the neighbors, but it wasn’t a big deal for us.Definitely recommend!
