The room was large enough for 8 of us. The only problems were the couch bed sheets were dirty and the in the room we killed several roaches.

Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We had an issue with the AC and maintenance got there immediately after I called. I recommend the convenient location and price

On our first night we found bed bags on one of the beds. We went to the front desk and the person there was very nice and offered use to change rooms or give us a brand new mattress and brand new sheets. The manager and the maintenance workers are all very nice and willing to help with any questions or any issues.

Peaceful Get away

Clean,peaceful, and beautiful oceanside view! Loved being able to walk a few steps to the beach!! The pool was clean and the kiddos enjoyed it, the residents were friendly and even gave us advice on what to see and take advantage of during our stay! Cozy pla e for the entire fsmily! Loved the conjoined room gave us adults privacy and ensured the safety of the kids.

Was supposed to be oceanfront and it was not. It was on the side of the building. We were suppose to have 2 beds in 1 room and 1 in the other. We had 1 bed in each room and had 5 adults. The rooms are very outdated and do not at all compare to pictures used for the listing. Theblinds were broken and not adjustable. There were no curtains. There was not even a microwave in either room. I do not recommend staying at Blue Palmetto. The rooms were not clean, there is no staff on site.

You get what u pay for is definitely true here. Fridge and microwave were nice. Water worked well but drains were really slow. Recommend not leaving clothing on floor, we found bugs. Had to get sheet set for queen, king sheet was on it. Floors in entire place filthy. Elevator worked. There's 20 garbage bins out back, that's fine...I thought a garbage truck would be getting them. Nope, I found a couple guys throwing the bags into the back of a PICKUP. Pool was ok, surrounding not kept up with and got mildew and slippery. So take all cleaning things with you including garbage bags and chlorox wipes. They allow pets, say they will charge if not disclosed prior, but no one was ever around to check. We had 2 bedroom, it was a king room with kitchenette, adjoining door with queen room with thrown together cabinetry for storage. Tv's and ac worked!

BOOKED 2 bedroom 2 bath unitKitchen-light not working, we were expected to clean dishes at checkout, but no dish washing supplies were provided. No wine bottle opener, no wine glasses. Not a single scrap of kitchen towel or cleaning cloth.Bed room- Pillow covers missing, bed linen looked used and stained. Mattress broken, off course no box spring.Bathroom-( we had 2 bathrooms)- one bath room shower and tub tap BOTH ran simultaneously, unable to switch one off..no exhaust fan.Second bathroom sink looked disgusting- stains that looked like puke.Air conditioning- sounded liked thunder.Hall smelled strongly of weed. Only 2 chairs in balcony-between 2 rooms and 2 balconies All in all- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Requested a room change- got one. Even the maintenance guy was embarrassed. But thankfully helped change the room and salvage some pleasure in the vacation.

Cheap dump

If your looking for a cheap place to stay and dont mind the smell of weed as soon you come into tthw prooerty. And dont mind having only 2 towels. Oh by the way wash the dishes but there is no dish soap or anything to wash them with. The refrigerator is leaning so sar over you would think the floor is about to cave in. Who ever did the mud work and painting had no clue what they were doing .the cabi et doors fell off on the bathroom there were no vents in the bathroom so your tiolet paper was wet . There were no bath matts so when you got out of the ahowere you pretty much fell on your ass it is so slippery. Other than that its fine

Great location right on the beach. Close to all attractions. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the site. The floors needed to be swept when we got there. Sand everywhere. The dishes was dirty and had food on the silverware. I rented it for 7 people but there was only 4 pillows. The pull out beds had eyelashes and dirt. We didnt use them. The showers were GREAT. Hot water and great pressure. Checking in was easy except we was not given the code to get into the property. All we received the code for the room. We had to buy cleaning supplies and pillows.

The proximity to the beach was great. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. If you’re paying to stay in someone else’s place, you would hope that it would be a little bit Cleaner.

The room was nothing like the pictures, it was extremely dirty, stuff spilled on the floor, bugs in the kitchen. Just overall not what we expected. Will not be staying here again!

Room was clean except for the balcony, the ac unit had a huge rusted metal piece hanging from it and it prevented you to be able to sit on one section of the balcony. I requested a blanket for the pull out sofa and they sent a sheet, they also requested you to keep the AC unit below 70 which I found very uncomfortable due to the type of “blanket” they provided. The pictures of the unit provided online wasn’t accurate, when sitting on the balcony you could only see the ocean if you stayed at the far end which was very difficult bc of the AC unit. I personally wouldn’t stay here again I would stay at bigger hotel, the indoor pool wasn’t operational at all, it was a disappointment especially going for a birthday celebration.
