Great place for a weekend in Aggieland

We came in for Corps Final Review and it was nice to have a place to all gather and hang out with our cadet after review. Will definitely look here for future trips.

Ring Day

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it was located perfectly for our needs in relation to going back and forth to the A&M campus. Will search this property when we make another visit.

Not my home away from home

We rented the condo to visit family. The location is great, convenient location, and close to amenities. The interior needs to be refreshed.

Perfect for what was needed.

Overall satisfied with our stay. Although a few things needed to be communicated to property manager, they were addressed and handled to my satisfaction.

Great Stay!!

We enjoyed our Christmas week at the property and that it was available in the same complex as our son and his family’s townhome!! Place was very well appointed. The kitchen was ready with lots of equipment. Living and bedrooms were comfortable. We look forward to staying again soon, Cheers!

Perfect size, layout and location

Perfect Family Weekend Home

Perfect home for a wonderful weekend at Aggieland. Its location is great from campus and home had everything we needed to be comfortable. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

Family visit to Aggieland

Several family members came down to see our Aggie perform in Songfest. This property was a great way for 7 of us to stay together and not have to find hotels, etc. Comfy, Cozy little townhome that had plenty of room for all of us.

In town for a golf tournament. Place was everything we needed. Will come back

Clean and spacious

Great Stay. We were not in the house much but it had plenty of beds and 2 full bathrooms so it was perfect. Good location too!

Good football weekend

This was the second time we have stayed at this location. It’s very close to HEB and just a short drive to Kyle Field. It was exactly as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable. Although we did not cook, the kitchen is well stocked. There are lots of dishes, cookware, utensils and dish cloths. The beds were super comfortable and there are plenty of pillows, sheets, covers, and bath towels. The house was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The Wi Fi was good, and the instructions are easy to follow. We loved the noon checkout. We would definitely stay here again. Two thumbs up!!

Very Homey

We were a new family to Aggieland, attending fish drill review for the Corps. Great place for our cadet to come rest, he walked in and said “this feels very homey mom, reminds me of home, thanks!” Appreciate the clean environment and comfortable beds!

Great Stay, Very CLEAN

The property was great and close to everything! The home was very clean and maintained, which makes it a must for us to return. The area is quiet, safe, and nice!!! Thanks for hosting us and we will be back.

Great Location

The unit is on the end of the building, so it was quiet and private. Location within College Station was convenient for our purposes, and restaurants and grocery store were very close by. The space inside the unit was great for us -- 3 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom for two adult women who need their own sink counter space. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen and linens. The unit could use a deep cleaning; a small child finds everything.

オーナー : Pam Merkin

David and Pam bought this townhome for their oldest son in 2001 when he was a sophmore at Texas A&M. Their second son also lived here while going to Texas A&M. They have a daughter who is also attending Texas A&M and she lives in another of the townhomes that they own in the same complex. They bought a third townhome March 2016 next door to this one and have it listed on verb also. They have decided to share this townhome with out of town visitors to Texas A&M for home football games, graduation, Parent's weekend or college visits. We allow pets since we don't travel without our little 'Angel' our Yorkie and know how hard it is to find a place that allows special family members.
