Modern Waterfront Apt Lake White

This stylish waterfront loft is perfect for experiencing lake life. The modern two bed, one bath apartment is only a few steps from the water with large views of the lake from every window. The Lake White Marina boat ramp, boat dock, recreation fuel and paddle sports are all on property. The deck is great for an early morning cup of coffee while the fog is still on the water and our colorful sunsets are beautiful and rarely disappoint.

There are 8 steps to get to the apartment.
The space
Newly remodeled open floor plan with two queen bedrooms. Private deck with wonderful sunset views. Large green common area shared with two full time residents.
Guest access
Parking for two vehicles and one boat/jetski trailer. Guests have access to discounted paddle sport rentals including canoe, kayaks and paddleboards via the Lake White Marina which is open seasonally. Common areas include large yard, private boat ramp, boat dock and covered waterfront lounge area.
Other things to note
Notice to Boaters:
Lake White lowers the water level approximately 4 feet to winter pool the beginning of November. It is returned to summer pool the beginning of April. Please contact host with any questions.

Very clean and decorated for the holidays-lovely stay. Beds were comfortable and it was well appointed. Appreciated that it looked nicer than the pictures and the pictures were very nice. Excellent communication with the host!

Stellar Stay at Sunset Loft

Upon arrival the apartment was pristine and each room was as pictured. The balcony was a favorite spot for my husband and I especially due to the peaceful nature of the lake. The views were outstanding. It was very convenient to be located at the marina due to ease of access to the lake and use of kayaks and paddle boards. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to swim right off the retaining wall with a nice ladder to get to the water. We were delighted to utilize the food truck at the marina and the food was excellent! A nice waterfront restaurant was about a minute drive as well with amazing views in their outdoor area. The owners are a delightful couple and were very responsive to communications, accommodating on site, and super knowledgeable about Lake White. If you are on the fence about a property, book this one! We WILL be back and look forward to visiting again!

Family get together

We came into town to visit family. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is so peaceful and beautiful lake views. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location clean and as depicted in the pictures. Very good with disposables (TP, trash bags, etc.) and the dishwasher and washer/dryer were very nice. Only issue is parking can get dodgy for multiple full-sized vehicles. I will absolutely stay again.

Lake White State Park is a beautiful lake with unlimited horsepower. This unit is waterfront and offers incredible views of the lake and surrounding scenery. It is located 75 minutes from Columbus and 90 minutes from Cincinnati.
